Great Views, Very good experience.

I was there at opening time. It was a little strange that people who had not pre-booked seemed to be ushered ahead of the queue that had built up to buy their tickets and go ahead of us. Perhaps there was a good reason for it. Anyway. The staff were otherwise professional and helpful. The 360º views of the city are excellent. It is all well-managed as the lifts get a little busy. So expect to wait a little to move between floors. The attraction is competitively priced and good value for money. Light refreshments at the top are not over-pricey either. There was no evidence of anyone being rushed, nor any jostling for a good position. It's family friendly for those with access assistance and just about anyone else, though clearly consider any vertigo issues. Plan to be up there for about 20 - 30 minutes to see everything, though I think you can spend as long as you like. It's spacious and everyone gets their chance for pics. Overall, a very good experience that I would recommend.

The 360 view is breathtaking

Unforgettable experience. You have to climb to the top of Sydney Tower. The view is absolutely beautiful. The lift climb is smooth without any special sensations. On arrival you circulate all around and behind the windows. Sydney and the surrounding area are as far as the eye can see. I recommend. The $40 per person is well justified.

Voucher system stinks

They would not accept the voucher and despite contacting the provider , ( who never returned our phone call) and repeated attempts to get the Toeer eye people to accept the QR code I was forced to pay to see the attraction . I expect a refund. The voucher system never worked properly .

Operator response

Dear Customer, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Please note that this ticket has been used successfully by many of our previous customers without any issues. The voucher provided is a valid QR-code admission voucher, and acceptance is subject to the attraction’s on-site scanning system and staff verification at the time of entry. That said, we take your feedback seriously. To review this matter further, we kindly ask you to share clear proof of the issue faced at the counter (such as an error message shown during scanning or confirmation from the attraction staff that the voucher was not accepted). This will help us coordinate properly with the attraction and our supplier to investigate what went wrong. Once we receive the required details, we will be happy to review your case fairly and advise on the next steps. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Views and More

Nice View. I wasn’t sure what to expect and it was definitely more than just a viewing point. There was many many levels of shopping and many dining options as well (lower levels).

Sydney from the top

Nice view of the Sydney skyline from the top. We went a little before sunset and stayed until it became dark. It was not crowded on the weekday we selected.
