After presenting their mobile ticket at the lounge counter, they can enjoy up to 2 hours of lounge access. Inside the lounge, travelers can relax in comfortable seating, enjoy food and refreshments, have coffee, tea, and selected beverages, use WiFi, check flight information, or take a quiet break before boarding. Travelers should choose the correct option according to their flight type: International Departure Lounge or Domestic Departure Lounge. International Departure Lounge access is available inside the International Departure Hall, with lounge locations depending on the departure concourse and gate. Domestic Departure Lounge is located at the Domestic Terminal, Level 2, Concourse D. This pass is valid for departure passengers only and cannot be used by arrival passengers.

I have a similar experience as some of the traveller here . I impress by their website. But its a bad experience I encounter as it wasted my 3.5 hours before my departure flight . Im not looking for premium service, but at least for the following which I expect to be basic as Im paying close to 1300 baht for a 2 hours access 1) Not enough of power point , I hardly find any, only at on some location .I need to wait for other traveller to vacate and I can start charging my phone . 2) Food is terrible. i just have a mouth full and i cant cotnue anymore. 3) Atmosphere is not cosy and its more like a market with a movement and children are running and screaming With this price point I expect to get more services ! if I do my sum right . a) getting food and the aiport vary from 400-700 baht( Mcdonald or BK can be even cheaper) b) charging, some restaurant do have power socket, else if one dont mind, can squeeze into a power station at the airport, So, save your money ! there are alternative than vist this lounge,
The website oversells the experience in terms of variety of international food they serve, as well as the general experience - I do not call hardly edible cheese sandwiches and some kind of chicken sandwich , a good choice of food !! I have requested my money back but I doubt I will get it. In my opinion pure better off having a Macd’s or BK or something else than to waste your money paying for this useless lounge
The shower room was cleaned each time it was used and was clean. There was also live cooking and a wide variety of dishes were satisfying.

Too small. Untrained staff. Limited food options. No offering for food intolerance like gluten free. Not safe as staff had no idea what that was and just giggled
Booze galore for mixing!!! I made my own Bloody Mary with all the works. Ample snacks like pumpkin crisp, oriental peanuts and biscuits. There's fruits and ice cream too. Not forgetting pipping hot Chicken rice and wonton soup made to order. There's thai food dishes and cereals too. Bottled mineral water to go.

So the access relatively well indicated throughout the airport. This space is relatively small really intimate to say to land in a corner to rest between flights. The choice of buffet is really extremely restricted and the choice of drinks rather average. I was traveling in J so no need to pay access to this lounge, considering the advertised rates, I strongly advise against it. It’s far too expensive for the little service you, The toilets and showers are relatively clean, but we are very far from Japan, Australia, than New Zealand.

I arrived, had no reservation, asked if I could use the lounge, lady at desk said gave I got my number? I said what number, reservation number, I said no she said sorry can't come in. So I left and went to the information desk and asked where I can go and use a lounge they said go to Miracle, I said just come from there and said I need reservation, they said go back and say you are prepared to pay. So, I went back saw the same lady and said can I pay to come in, she said yes, why did she nit offer that option to me 1st time if asking??

Super find for our departure as the lounge was located right next to our gate D6. Really welcoming reception desk staff with good English. Lounge was bigger than expected but laid out in zones so always easy to find a quiet spot. There’s a self service bar area with spirits, multiple fridges with soft drinks and beers all with a good variety. Food at one end has hot meals, sandwiches, desserts, fruit, snacks. Other facilities include toilets, showers and live departures updates. Very happy with the experience for 1300 TBH (£29).

The receptionist stationed on 10.08.24 early morning at was very unwelcoming and spoke rudely at 05:30 AM. Very unprofessional which surely made us not feel welcome so we passed onto the next lounge.
Great lounge, had a delicious curry in the dining room. Lots to choose from and different seating areas. Pleasant atmosphere & staff.
