As the longest bridge in the country, it connects Surabaya and Madura, symbolizing progress and regional unity through impressive modern engineering. The bridge also offers beautiful views of the Madura Strait, making it a scenic and memorable stop. It serves as a gateway to explore Madura’s unique culture, giving our guest a broader perspective on East Java’s diversity.
A unique temple that blends Chinese, Balinese, and Javanese architectural styles. The temple is a beautiful example of Surabaya's multicultural heritage.

Housed in the iconic Siola Building—one of Surabaya’s oldest commercial centers—The Museum of Surabaya offers a curated journey through the city’s past, from colonial times and independence struggles to its modern development. It’s a meaningful way to understand how Surabaya has evolved into the vibrant city it is today. The museum’s location in the heart of downtown also allows our guest to appreciate the historical significance of the surrounding area, especially Jalan Tunjungan, a street deeply connected to Indonesia’s fight for independence. Through interactive displays, vintage collections, and well-preserved artifacts, the Museum of Surabaya provides not just information, but context—making it a valuable cultural stop during their visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding day in Surabaya with Nico! From the moment we met our guide & driver Nico, our day in Surabaya felt like an unforgettable adventure, not just a tour. Nico greeted us with such warmth and genuine hospitality — he treated us like friends rather than clients. Highlights of the day: • Collecting us promptly from the port, with a big smile and a sign, ready to show us his city. • Sharing personal stories, family photos and local insights– we felt connected to Surabaya in a way so few visitors get. • Visiting the Heroes Monument museum where the young student-guides were fantastic, and Nico helped make the history meaningful. • Exploring Old Town: the scooters, glass-bottle gasoline stations, river-front scenes, street life — all filtered through Nico’s commentary and kindness. • The traditional clothing photo shoot: the ladies dressed us up, the photos came without extra charge, and Nico patiently sent every image. The street stopped for us (in a fun way)! • The 1940s Jeep tour at sunset: a thrilling way to end the day, with Nico making sure we captured every moment in time. • Seeing the contrast between New Town bright lights and Old Town grit, with Nico navigating it all smoothly and safely. • Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt “tour-bus cookie cutter”. It was personal, memorable, and rich with local flavor. • He truly became more than our guide — he became a friend. If you’re visiting Surabaya and want an experience that goes beyond the surface, pick Nico. Tip generously (we suggested going above the pink bills!) because you’ll leave feeling you received far more value than you paid. We can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Nico, for an extraordinary day. —Julie, Wally, Mary, & John

This was an excellent tour. Our guide was exceptional as he customised our tour based on our interests showing us much of the various cultures and their way of living in Surabaya. We thoroughly enjoyed the jeep ride which was a very interesting way to see some of the sites. I certainly recommend the tour and our guide who I know presented us with the best tour in the available timeframe. Highly recommend.
