the best trip ever you'd enjoy it fr
Ride of about 1h30 in the desert, pick up and return to our hotel with impeccable crossing of the Nile with the different escorts. Very friendly activity we did with Moundy, a cheerful and warm guide who quickly put our teens at ease. They keep a very nice memory
Such a fun way to spend an evening! We got probably close to an hour of drive time on the ATVs. We made one stop for a small hike up a hill with good city views and some fossils. Then a second stop to watch the sunset with mint tea from the top of a dune. Would do this trip again if I could. Don’t be freaked out by the drive in though— it feels like you’re headed into the middle of no where
Thank you so much! 😊 We’re happy you enjoyed the ATV ride and the desert experience, especially the sunset and mint tea. And yes, the drive is part of the adventure! 🏜️ Hope to see you again soon!
What a fun experience! Our guide Mousafa was great! We rode across the desert for approx 30 mins. Stopped at an outcropping with fossils and a great view of the city, and then rode for another 20 mins to the top of a dune to watch the sunset. Definitely a memorable part of our trip to Luxor! As an aside: don’t be alarmed by the drive. It feels like you’re going into the literal middle of no where

Will recommend this Quad Safari at Sunset time. It was very beautiful setting.
We didn't know what to expect with this experience.. but it went great. A boat picked us up at our hotel dock & took us across the Nile to car transport. Then we arrived at a small garage with Quad bikes ready to go. We all enjoyed the freedom of the desert and the ability to go fast / stand up etc. Would do again !!
I did this with my sons and it was an amazing experience. We had to wait about 40’ for another party but were kept informed and our boat transfer kept us company. The desert during sunset was stunning. And we sipped tea with a perfect timed goodbye to the sun on the east bank
Not what the pictures show and not worth it. The tour is basically a slow ride in circles around an empty stony dead zone on the outskirts of the west bank, away from anything interesting. The hills are in the background, yes, but this is not at all exhilerating - a bit embarrasing actually. It was also short - 45 minutes and we ended up on a hill to look at the sunset with a row of power lines in front of us. The tour company itself changed the pick time on us twice, which was no big deal but unprofessional.
Easy pick up with a nice, clean car and polite driver. 30 minutes drive to location. Mustafa was wonderful. He gave us a quick briefing, fitted our head scarfs (a must along with sunglasses) and off we went. Great location with the sun setting. Driver returned us to the hotel. A wonderful trip! Would highly recommend.
We spent two fantastic hours of fun and recreation, riding the quad bikes through the unique views in the desert. At the end of the adventure, we were offered a delicious and rejuvenating cup of tea typical of the area. A gesture that made the atmosphere even more authentic and welcoming. Absolutely recommended!
