The camel ride was great we were guided by young teenage boys who were great at guiding us and offered to take photos and videos of us during the ride using our own phones. -1 star as at the start, when we were getting on the camels, a man took a photo of everyone on the camels with a DSLR camera and at the end of the excursion he gave us 2 printed photos each for a fixed price of €5. Photos that we didn’t choose but ofc felt compelled to pay for. The adult guides also tell u to put your phones in your bag but I took my phone in my pocket and it was fine just held on to it from time to time. Also! My bf and I were planning to tip the boys at the end of the activity anyway but a different adult man came to my bf and asked my bf to give a tip to the guy who led the camels. My bf tipped the boy. But as we were leaving, the adult man literally went to the boy and took the tip. So if you’re planning on tipping the boys who led the actual ride, do it halfway through the ride when you’re stopped for photos! Or do it discreetly. Mind you the boy who lead the camels for a good 45mins on foot. At the end of the ride we were given sweetened mint tea and biscuits which were nice. Also worth noting that we booked this excursion at 16:00 in June 2026 and didn’t actually see the sun set as sunsets don’t happen until 20:30 ish. Wear pants, a hat, something to cover the shoulders as sun can be hot 😁
Great experience for first time riding camels, around local neighbourhoods, parks (local government could clean them tbh), and the countryside, friendly staff!
Collected from the hotel by minibus, texted beforehand to confirm pick up details. Arrived and helped onto the camels, lovely guide walked us to a beautiful setting with flamingos and even took pictures with each persons phone to capture the memories. Then once back offered some tea and biscuits and a chance to buy photos taken at the beginning of the excursion. Lovely trip Out 😊 highly recommended
Absolutely brilliant can't fault them at all camels very well behaved tour guides were extremely nice and helpful explained everything to you on what to do when camel went up and points out different places and also takes pictures and videos for you I was even given the rope to hold as he took videos for me when you get back and camel goes down there very helpful with that to afterwards you go down road for moroccan tea and biscuits such a pleasant experience even pick up was spot on time and very friendly and helpful to
Was expecting some scenery. Also felt pressured into buying photos for extra money. Guide was nice but little information given about area and no information provided about the camels etc
I tried to purchase Zara items my Monzo card had over £300 on it . The cashier told me money get out of shop. She walked to another manager and started to shout and wave her hands then tidy up the shop came back 30 minutes later . lent over the counter to me and told me to respects her called me a bitch This shocked me as I done nothing . She clearly had no customer service skills and was one rude woman . I walked out of shop in shock I returned later just to annoy her and purchased the one item only she was sterring me out trying to intimate me. I turned my back on her faced the nice cashier . one rude woman should not be working in Zara no customer service values at all. She should be far away from people . sacked from Zara and left in gutter to rot How can Zara employ a rude woman like that . She was rude to 3 people in the shop including me. sack that awful woman

The camel riding was amazing we were lucky to see flamingos on our ride, our guide was nice and friendly. Afterwards we sat and had mint tea served by a lovely lady which was a nice unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend this.
