We had a fabulous day in Stonetown with Charisma tour. We were a group of 8, including elderly people and young children. Our guide was kind, patient, flexible and highly informative. He stayed with us much longer than the tour had planned for and made sure we had a unique experience. Warmly recommended if you are in Zanzibar

Honestly you can do this on your own! You can see Freddy Mercury home and the Slave trade museum on your own and just walk around the town. No tour guide needed.
Charisma had been recommended to us and we were not disappointed. On the contrary, great welcome from the airport, then transfer to our hotel with an explanation of the history of Zanzibar. Nice to meet him, we asked him for a tour of Stone Town. And there we discovered a very professional person!! And really nice (that we already knew 😃)!!! Frankly, we recommend Charisma for her hospitality, professionalism and kindness ☺️ Ride with your eyes closed 😉 Thank you Charisma 🙏
A great tour of this lovely town, the guide contacted us the day before and was on time, not a rushed walk and informative with lots of local knowledge, you could also adapt if you wanted to do your own stop.
We did a 2-day visit to Stone Town, Memba with swimming & dolphins + sunset on a Dhow in Nungwi with a wonderful Zanzibarite guide, of exemplary kindness and intelligence, who speaks French perfectly and which explains in detail the life of the Zanzibari people with their traditions. He is very educational, of exemplary patience and takes great care with his customers. I recommend it to you with your eyes closed. The 2 days spent with this Charisma guide will remain engraved in my memory. His phone +255 692514446.
