Trip from cruise port to Stonehenge to London was very convenient . Driver picked us up on time in southampton. Made a stop in Salisbury along the way
The tour was one of the best excursions we have recently taken. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Another bucket list accomplished. We were happy that the tour also included hotel drop-off. Great value for the price.
Overall a good way to disembark with luggage and squeeze in a tour. Two weeks prior, we received a email with slight itinerary changes. Finding the meeting coach at the cruise terminal was difficult because the International Friends guide was at one of the numerous coaches not outside the cruise terminal as expected. After walking past each coach we found ours. Salvador was informative and helpful throughout despite heavy rain! We had a 10 minute stop at Salisbury Cathedral which was far too short after an hours long drive for a restroom break. Time was not sufficient to see anything at the cathedral. At Stonehenge the shuttle cue to the stones is not covered, forcing guests to stand in the rain. At 11:00, the cue was 15-20 minutes long. Stonehenge is independently toured but the free downloaded audio guide is excellent and recommended. Our tour ended at Windsor Castle car park to be transferred to our hotel via an independent driver “Samir?” who was extremely informative giving helpful advice and pointing out areas of interest.
Tour guide very knowledgeable and great personality. Very accommodating as well. Gave us plenty of time to explore when we made stops.
Efficient and very punctual. The tour went well; we received interesting information, but there were many stops for drop-offs.
I wasn't sure I would be that interested, but was an amazing site. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Prompt and easy connection, Marek found our group and quickly settled us comfortable on bus with Neal. Knowledge on sites visited Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor were greatly appreciated. Offered lots of helpful tips to assure a fantastic, memorable visit. Neal delivered me to my Hotel in London and was thoroughly impressed. Will definitely book more in the future!! Thank you
This tour from the cruise port to Stonehenge with drop off at our hotel was an excellent way to get from the cruise to the hotel. Our tour guide Jane was entertaining and had immense knowledge about the towns we drove through and was very passionate about the history of Stonehenge. We learned a lot and developed an appreciation for Stonehenge. Our driver Neil was excellent and we felt safe throughout the trip even when he drove in busy traffic and on narrow roads.
This was an amazing experience. Not only is Stonehenge an awe-inspiring site, but we had a brilliant guide who charmed us and educated us before and after we visited the site. Jane, our guide, and Neal, our driver, were the very best. Our only frustration was that we could only spend two hours at Stonehenge because we had to get to Heathrow. So much wonderful insight and information was delivered in this excursion! I will remember for a very long time! Kudos!
We loved our visit to Stonehenge after getting off a cruise ship. Our tour guide, Nigel, was very funny and very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to leave our luggage on the bus while doing the very worthwhile Stonehenge experience. We had two hours at Stonehenge which was fine! We could have used three but we are really into taking our time at each exhibit. Our bus driver, John, was very experienced and his bus was clean and cozy! We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. London is busy so know that it will take a while to drop off at each London location. We were at a different airport so we were dropped off at Victoria station which worked out great! There is an easy train from Victoria to Gatwick! Overall this was a great experience!
