Arrived 30 minutes before departure in continuous drizzle with no where to shelter.. No where to shelter and yet the crew that were present throughout, did not allow access to the boat until 10 minutes before departure. I contrast this with the same company, Stromma, whose 2 hour canal tour I used in Helsinki and who encouraged everyone on board once the boat had docked with a good 30 minutes before departure. To compound an awful start, I sat at the front of the boat where the three person crew talked loudly over the entire commentary. With the noise of the engine and the crew it became impossible to hear the commentary and I found myself actually falling asleep! Matters were not improved by the rain, beyond their control, that obscured the view from the boat.
