A bit difficult to find the tour strand, but overall is really great and the ship is nice and comfortable
Boat and boarding staff and guides note 10. Viator and Scandic Tours score 0. I explain: the information of the meeting point was found on the Viator website. There was no indication on the spot with a “banner” or what is valid for “Scandic Tours”. The only valid indication was the “red sightseeing” which was easy to find, but was competitive and not very helpful. Initially he only informed that he was not there and gave a vague indication. I went looking and nothing! Back there he said he would help me but I turned my back on him (???!!). After the “sermon” gave me the precise indication, appreciating his help. Glad I arrived early because it took a long time. There was only one young woman sitting in a chair with a tablet in her hand, with no plaque to draw attention. I had bought 4 tickets (2 adults and two “seniors”) but the girl told me that there was only a reservation for 2! I showed my ticket in Portuguese with 2 + 2, she didn't even read, but said she would trust me. Again depending on someone's good will! After the “stress”, the trip was very good, boat with good accommodation and guides in 4 languages alternating with mastery.
Loved this experience so much! The staff was great, the ride was smooth and the views were spectacular. The boat was not over crowded and everyone had a place to relax and take in the views. Literally tried to book it again for the same day, we loved it!
Unfortunately, the boat tour was canceled 30 minutes before departure. Without giving us a valid reason for that. I would like to ask you to refund me the costs for seven people.
Had a slightly different expectation; the tour was 2 hours long. Effectively, it was only 1 hour and 25 minutes. You hardly see anything of the archipelago, just circumnavigate a single island and dock again. The guide was very good and explained it clearly. The starting point was marked, and one should arrive 15 minutes early. Be there early. On-site, neither the guide nor the boat was identifiable until inquiring with surrounding providers. It could be better.
Leisurely sail around the islands on a comfortable boat. Plenty of spots of interest and simple commentary complimenting the sail.
Live commentary. Mixture of historical and contemporary information.
Very sad it was cancelled but totally understand, it was a rainy day and I'm sure it would have been miserable on a boat
The boarding location changed without notice. The cruise was supposed to last 2 hours but actually lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the trip, there were about 8 descriptions in French. Very few explanations or historical facts. The comments were in 4 languages, so when the explanations about a mentioned building arrived, the building had already passed a few minutes ago.
Punctual start, nice German-speaking tour guide Jan, learned a lot about the archipelago, very impressive.
