This is a must do if you’re coming to St. Lucia everything was amazing, the views were breathtaking. The instructors are very knowledgeable kept us safe. We visited the banana plantation were we learned how they planted & maintained the area, it was very interesting, we were offered fresh coconut & they even cut it open & I had the jelly (the best part). We rode up & down hills had the best view of the Piton mountain. The ATV ride on the beach was nice with a stop & the rum bar was the icing on the cake. This tour is 10/10👍🏽
According to the powers that be, the terrain was tough, so they deemed me unable to drive the ATV on my own although I've never had this happen in any other country. I had to ride with a designated police officer on the back of his bike or else stay at the tour spot until the tour was over or pay an additional fee back to my resort. I had just spent $60 roundtrip to get there, so I rode with the police officer. It was unexpected and had I known I would've stayed at the resort or not booked this excursion. Disappointed
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Before every tour, all guests are required to complete a test drive, which is assessed by our police officer. The purpose of the assessment is to ensure each rider is comfortable and capable of safely operating an ATV on the much more challenging terrain encountered during the tour. This is why every guest completes 2–3 laps before departure. Under the laws and safety regulations of Saint Lucia, if the police officer determines that a rider is not fit to safely operate an ATV, we must follow that decision. Our first priority is protecting the lives and safety of our guests. In your case, we offered you the option of a full refund if you chose not to continue with the tour. You decided instead to continue the experience by riding with the police officer, which we were happy to accommodate. We understand this may have been disappointing, but we will always prioritize guest safety over anything else. Thank you for joining us, and we wish you all the best.
The tour operators were very nice and professional. They were very patient with less experienced riders so that everyone was able to enjoy the experience. The ride gave us great opportunity to see the country area and visit a local farm. The guide kept a manageable pace and the police escort was an added benefit for safety as we navigated portions of the tour with local traffic.
The tour was great got to learn a ton about the island. My favorite part of the tour was traveling through the rough back roads and hilly environments. Definitely would book again!
We did the ATV trip which lasted a little over 3 hours, great communication from the start, very safe and professional ensuring everyone was happy with the controls of the atv before heading out onto the road, safety Marshalls ensured that all drivers were protected whilst driving. The trip headed out into the countryside with a stop and talk from a local farmer, other photo stops along the way to the waterfall. The walk to the waterfall is rocky in places make sure you have some good shoes. From the waterfall we then went into more of the countryside and forests with a blast on the beach and then to the finally finish at the rum distillery. Fantastic trip !!
Amazing experience!! The entire crew was so helpful. This tour is a must do activity in St. Lucia
We did the 3 hour trip. Starts off with a trip through farmlands, stopping for fresh coconut water. Continues through the rain forest, small hike to a waterfall where you can cool off on the water. Then a fun ride on the sandy beach and a rum punch while you take in the views. And finally a rum tasting at the distillery. Definitely a highlight of the trip ! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
We had an amazing time! We came on our honeymoon and the venture ATV crew was great! They took us through the rainforest on the ATVs and we’ve never seen anything like it before! We would definitely do it again!
We had an amazing time with +Venture! Our guide Dewayne was so helpful! I dropped my phone on our way to the plantation and immediately panicked. The driver who was following our family went back and found it with assistance from Dewayne, who was quick thinking and used our Life360 as a guide. I was so thankful! We enjoyed all aspects of this tour and Dewayne was very patient with us and all of our mishaps (lost phone, lost sunglasses, and more….)! I would highly recommend giving this a try if you’ve never done an ATV tour. They even have you do a few laps around a small course at their location to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you Venture and especially Dewayne for a great day!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had high expectations and they were still surpassed. The drive on the beach was beautiful and our tour guide was amazing. 12 out of 10.
