Staff was excellent! So fun and relaxing.
Increased boat activity keeps dolphins away so afternoon not the best time to go. The cruise did not get close enough to the historic fort, downtown area or bridge of lions to see it, viewing from a distance only. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Hello, Diane. We regret that the dolphins didn’t come out to play during the tour. Normally, the captain stays outside the inlet on porpoise point and Salt Run towards the lighthouse until dolphins are found before heading to the downtown area. If you are looking for a more in-depth sightseeing tour we offer a Historic Landmark Tour that specifically features Castillo de San Marcos and other points of interest. We are pleased that you did enjoy the crew. We hope you will give us another shot!
I was expecting a narrated tour and to see dolphins. It was nothing more than a boat ride with drinks and snacks.

Awsome relaxing. The staff was very accommodating and professional. They made it fun for everyone. Highly recommend the trip.
Super great! We only saw a few dolphins, but the crew was awesome and the boat ride was a lot of fun. Our oldest has a peanut allergy and they were so nice about making sure all the snacks with nuts were put away.
Just be aware of weather. Trip got cut a few minutes short due to weather. Thanks to the crew for getting us back before it hit.
This was such a nice experience in St Augustine, so many dolphins! The boat didn’t rock, so don’t worry about getting sea sick, it was the smoothest and most fun boat ride I’ve been on in St Augustine yet! They allow you to help pull up the main sail, and they even take your picture before the boat ride with your party and offer a $20 print out with a cute frame included!
What a perfect 90 minute afternoon catamaran cruise! Beautiful, spacious boat with lots of amenities, including free sodas, wine, beer and snacks :-) Captain Howard was great and his crew were skilled, friendly and knowledgeable about the local marine life. We saw lots of dolphins, even in the harbor before our sail, and many dolphin pods of moms and babies in the bay :-) Highly recommend!
Saw more dolphins where we got on the boat than on the excursions. Crew was great. Could have pointed out dolphins better for us.
