Sri Lanka 11 Days with Driver and Vehicle (Customizable)

Exactly the way we like to travel. Dallas gave us valuable recommendations and together we developed our tour. 13 days we traveled with our driver-guide Lahiru. From the very beginning everything was perfectly organised keeping the tour flexible at the same time. We visited all the amazing UNESCO heritage sites and had on top activities you can’t do within a group tour, such as climbing the Pidurangala Rock, exploring the ancient city Polonnaruwa by bike or the hike to ‚worlds end‘ in Horton Plains. During 2 safaris we saw many animals: around 30 elephants at the Hurulu Eco Park and many animals including a leopard at Yala NP. Lahiru is well connected and he knows Jeep drivers who know the spots where to see animals. Beyond the touristic highlights we experienced a fascinating nature, very friendly people and we felt good and safe at all times, not to forget to mention the safe driving by Lahiru in a comfortable car. After our day program we relaxed in very nice hotels. Looking back we would do exactly the same tour again! I conclude with the comment of one of our followers on the last set of the pictures I posted on a daily basis: ‚What a pity that it’s over now!‘ Thank you Dallas and Lahiru!

We recently just went on a holiday in the wonderful Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. We booked with Do travel Sri Lanka for our transport throughout the country. Dallas and Lahiru were absolutely wonderful. Dallas was great. He drove us to different destinations in the southern part of the island. He was kind an amicable. He would explain lots things about his country on the road. He always made us feel safe. At one of the stops (Galle) our 5-year-old daughter hurt herself and Dallas was super kind and took us to a clinic. If we ever go back, we’ll definitely call him.
