Really great tour, we would definitely recommend
Other than the two phantoms of the opera, I don't remember many GHOST stories from this tour. But this hilarious, gleefully morbid tour of the old town center is filled with tales of murder, mayhem, shocking hygienic practices and burial places. Our guide was knowledgeable and loaded with gleeful, gory energy. You, too, can know where the bodies are buried in old Vienna! Pictured: a vault where female criminals were sealed until they starved to death. Found all over the city.
It's my first time to have a "ghost tour". Apparently it's a type of tours where you get to know a lot of local myths (specially related to death) as well as some historical facts also about death 😅. Nontheless, our guide, Lisa, was able to bring all of these sad/spooky/strange stories with comedy. Her delivery is perfect, she kept hitting punch line after punch line and the timing was perfect. It was kind of a walking "Stand up comedy" to me. I enjoyed every second of it. Though, it's a bit niech and might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Lisa was a rockstar guide. A great and interesting experience. Family totally enjoyed
This was a great way to experience Vienna. Was a wonderful walk through the old town. Lisa was a fantastic and engaging guide - super friendly, super knowledgeable. Really enjoyed it!
Thanks so much for the lovely review!
It was a great tour. Learned a few things, and got to explore the city with someone who knew the city.
Thanks for the nice review Joseph! We are so happy you liked the tour!
Went on a family trip with my cousin and booked this prior to getting there. Lisa was our tour guide for the night and she was great!! She was super energetic and made the tour fun and intriguing!
This is more of a horrible histories/murder tour than spooky/ghosts but enjoyed nonetheless! Our guide was enthusiastic and funny which make it worth while
Hello! Thank you so much for your nice feedback! We are so happy you still enjoyed the tour even though it was more about murders than ghosts :)
Very entertaining, the guide was great fun and we learned lots of interesting stuff too and saw parts of Vienna we would never have seen, perhaps horror history of Vienna would have been a more appropriate description.
Thanks so much for the great review! We are so happy you enjoyed the tour!
This was a fun walk around the historic centre of Vienna at night. Our guide was very funny and engaging! Saying that, we did find the tour to be a bit light on content, there's not much historical detail. Fun though.
Thanks for the lovely review!
