Andrew was an outstanding guide! He made the trip very special- we were well taken care of and felt treated almost like family… he customized our private tour to meet our interests! He was so fun and personable and knowledgeable!! Gave us great insight into the history of the area and Australia in general… We especially loved Bowral for morning tea and antiquing and the Mary Poppins statue and insights Andrew had regarding PL Travers life story… also learned about the New Zealand cricket legend Sir Donald Bradman! We were fortunate at Fitzroy Falls that the mist lifted in time for us to see the beautiful falls and surroundings…. Red Cow Farm was so stunning (even) in autumn and so extensive… with multiple beautiful gardens, landscaping and garden statuary… a feast for the eyes and soul… Delicious lunch in an old Australian pub- operating since 1834… Fabulous day!
Hi Mary It sounds like you had a wonderful trip on your private Southern Highlands tour with Andrew. He certainly knows his Chim Chimeree's from his Supercalifragilistix! It certainly is a beautiful time of year down there during Autumn/Fall when the gardens and countryside are decked out in those stunning autumnal colours. We really appreciate you taking the time to write a great review and we hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Australia Happy travels, Steve Arnerich Owner Runway Tours
Glen was great. Nice car. Great driver. Made the day fun and entertaining. Took us to great little pub for lunch.
Our guide Glenn made this an enjoyable and unforgettable day. Glenn was knowledgable and enthusiastic and didn’t hesitate to share his knowledge of the area and the places we visited. During the day we made a couple stops, and Glenn didn’t hesitate to help us find a few specific items that we were looking for. The national park and its waterfall, the countryside with the rolling his and estates were beautiful. With our last stop at a local winery for a tasting, you couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the day. Thank you Glenn and the staff at Run Away Tours (Sydney) for a great day.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Since I was traveling and had limited time I could not have accomplished this days schedule on my own. Great day!
