We had very many are in it but it already started at the reception . Too many people on 1 boat. Also while snorkeling Everybody approach a turtle like crazy. Island we visited was also very disappointing Really a lost day and waste of our money
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Regarding the number of guests on the boat, we would like to clarify that the passenger capacity is strictly controlled by the authorities. Each boat has a legally specified maximum number of passengers, and we always operate within these regulations. The number of participants on our trips never exceeds the permitted limit, as guest safety is our top priority. We understand that popular destinations can sometimes feel busy, especially during high season or periods with many visitors. However, the number of tourists at each location and the behavior of other visitors are factors beyond our control. We always encourage our guests to respect the marine environment and follow responsible tourism practices, especially when encountering marine life such as turtles. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service and providing clear information to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable island experience.
Great experience, the guide came to pick us up at the hotel in Koh Phangan and took us to the port. We were welcomed with a breakfast with food and drinks, then we were transferred to the boat on which we spent the day. Despite the cloudy weather, we were able to enjoy snorkeling even if in some places we could only observe fish. The meal was an excellent buffet and we had a little time to enjoy the beach at Nang Yuan. I recommend it for a quiet afternoon with friends.
Would'nt recommend to ANYONE!!! The Speed boat was HORRIBLE!! Super packed uncomfortable and very unsafe. We ended up paying for a Ferry back from the final destination bc NOBODY wanted to return on the Ferry. It was aweful! Our guide Pinky was very sweet and great and tried to keep us in good spirits. It was 9 of us and we were very dissapointed. The snorkeling was very beautiful tho.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the speedboat ride did not meet your expectations, although we're glad you enjoyed the snorkeling and that Pinky took good care of your group. We would like to clarify that we strictly comply with all legal safety regulations regarding passenger capacity. The maximum number of passengers is limited according to the boat's licence, and we would never operate an overcrowded boat, as this would be against the law. We also provide this information before booking. Thank you again for your comments, and we appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the best on your future travels.
The most beautiful island that I made frankly is worth the detour!! It is incredibly beautiful!
I loved the snorkelling there. Too bad the weather was bad so we could not go to the other side. There were so manny people but under water it was still wonderful to be alone with the corals and fish. The food and service was excellent. The walk up to the viewpoint was okay, I hope they make many more stairs so there is not such a wait. The crew was very helpful and kind. The only problem was that nobody picked me up at 8 - 8:15 as they had said. So I had to hitchhike to the pier at 8:30am since I really wanted to go. I gave the Motorbike who took me 50B.
The reefs are not very alive anymore. Chances of turtle sightings are almost nil: Way too many tourists all at the same limited snorkeling spots, no food for turtles growing there. The entire trip is ok for you if you are comfortable with standard tourist attractions and you enjoy being on a big boat with lots of other tourists. And no priority but : The lunch buffet on Kho Tao was avarage . Everybody was given one piece of fried chicken, the buffet offered rice and veggies. The vegetarian meal option included three pieces of tofu in a bowl for each person, the rest was rice and a few veggies. -- After lunch you can do a hike to a viewpoint (which is stunning indeed) but you slowly move upwards in a long queue to get to the top, where one after another gets a minute for a picture. If you are patient enough to move along with the crowd, you get your Instagram moment, but the long wait does not leave much time to go snorkeling or swimming at the beach there . One of the most amazing beaches ,but not much fun either, because again caravans of people all over trodding along. Not much fun.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the stunning views from the top, but we sincerely apologize for the frustrations regarding the crowds and the food. As this is a shared tour to some of Thailand's most popular destinations, we often have to navigate large groups and queues, especially at the viewpoints. We regret that this left you with limited time to enjoy the beach. Furthermore, we apologize for the quality and portions of the lunch provided; your comments about the vegetarian options and the chicken portions have been shared with our kitchen team for immediate review. We appreciate your input and hope to provide a much better experience in the future.
Even though it was fun and the guides are great, I gave this 3 stars because it's just way too crowded and expensive for what it is. Also, from Phangan we had to wait til 10 am to leave the port (we were told to check in by 8 30 or miss our boat) because the tour boat from Samui was late. Im sorry, but 60 people on a small speedboat is just not comfortable for anyone. Cut in half the number of people or the price, and then maybe it's worth considering. Meanwhile, choose another company.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience and found our guides to be great. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the waiting time and the crowd size. Please note that the maximum number of guests per boat is communicated in advance during the booking process, allowing guests to make an informed decision. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve our services.
A little rough sailing But nice trip and plenty to see both over and underwater Good guides that help with everything Had 3 snorkel stops although the description said 4-5 but it was appropriate since you had 1 hour or more each place
The tour guide didn’t really speak English very well, and the speedboat transfer felt unsafe and very bumpy due to difficult weather conditions. It’s probably only worth it in good weather.
Very disappointed with viator Vistor is not being honest Because the tour is only 3 stops There were more people that came to the same tour through their hotel pe agencies who knew that was only 3 places. So for the price is quite expensive when you can do om your own and take as much time as you want. Going with ferries and táxi boat or other alternatoves.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. Please be advised that the group size and the full tour itinerary, including the number of stops, are clearly outlined in the tour description prior to booking. Our pricing is based on the services provided, including transportation, professional staff, and operational arrangements. We appreciate your comments and will continue to review our communication to ensure clarity and transparency for all guests.
