Our guide was fantastic! I wish I remembered her name. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny and patience on the 5th of July in extreme heat.
Dash was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and he did a great job of explaining since my husband is blind. We were running late and Kirsten went out of her way to connect us with a group. With the National Mall closed due the State Fair, it was a lot of walking from one museum to the next but it was a great introduction to the Big 3. We fully appreciate that they accommodated us with our being late. Great customer service!!!
Hard to find pickup location no direct address general area where you connect with tour .spent 30 minutes trying to find in stifling heat with multiple road closures in area. How do I get refund .would not recommend
Hi! Sorry you couldn’t find your tour however our direct address is marked on the tour listing, your ticket, the confirmation message, and was even texted to you by your guide. We meet for this tour at our actual office at 400 7th Street NW, conveniently located near the National Mall where our guests can wait in the air conditioning and enjoy free water and refreshments. Due to the July 4th celebrations and Great American State Fair there were many road closures on the mall itself and this is where a guide was very helpful to navigate the museums. However if you were to go to the proper meeting location, we were just outside the road closures and accessible. I will also note, we received a refund request from you saying the same about a tour that has not happened yet. I would recommend reviewing your tickets for the meeting information when taking a tour, reaching out to the supplier if you are unsure as we are always here to help, and don’t ignore the text messages and calls from your guides day of. As it stands, you simply did not show for your tour that was fully booked, and while we can do everything in our power to assist it is ultimately your responsibility to get to the starting address on time or at least respond to communications.
Christina was excellent. Very knowledgeable, not only about the museums, but how to get around the city as well. She was very accommodating for both my husband and I who use walkers. Our tour was on July 4th so the crowds were huge. We truly enjoyed the tour! Thanks, Christina!
A great way to experience Washington DC and get a great overview of three major museums that are here and what are the possibilities inside to see.
Claudia was our tour guide. It was a very cold, wet and challenging day to say the least. It was Claudia’s professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable attitude made the day amazing!
Very knowledgeable and efficient tour to see the Smithsonian highlights. Came with my husband and 3 kids (15,11, and 8).
Somewhat difficult to hear tour guide , who should carry something so that his tour can find him once inside the museums
Probably the best tour I’ve ever had!!! Evelyn was fun, humorous and very nice snd quite relatable. I also learned a few new things. Highly recommend!
Even though we were blocked on the National Mall by the state fair, Claudia maneuvered us around the long way so we could still make it to all 3. This is definitely a tour that hits the highlights as such large museums could each afford a day on their own. However she gave us a solid overview of all three so at a future time you can go back and explore more on your own if you want or avoid one. DC is definitely a city where you need to return multiple times to see everything and this tour gives you the ability to do that on your own. Claudia was very knowledgeable and kept up on schedule for those who had arrangements afterwards
