Luigi was great. I only had to queue for 10 mins for the blue grotto boat, he gave us some advice before doing this so we knew what to expect. We didn’t have to queue at all for the chairlift. We had enough free time in each place. We were advised to eat in Anacapri but this was too early for me, so I opted for a caprese sandwich in Capri which was just right. We paid €25 euro extra for a boat trip around Capri. Fanastic and worth every penny. Overall great trip.
Our tour guide Luigi went above and beyond in service and giving information. He was funny and knowledgable. The experience was everything it was advertised to be, everything explained at the beginning of the day. Ample time to do and see the local areas. It was a well planned out itinerary that did its best to beat the crowds during peak season. .
From start to finish this was a perfect tour! Luigi was simply amazing and made the whole experience a lot better. We were lucky and go to go to the blue grotto, even though at the start of the day it was closed. I am so glad we went with this company and was actually the highlight of our trip. Thank you!
It was wonderful. Our guide Marcello was animated, informative, and easy to hear. The Blue Gtotto was closed in the morning and never did open. Marcello kept us informed throughout the day. We took the tour only to see it and just weren’t prepared for how wonderful the rest of the tour was . Easy movement between location, gorgreous Capri and Anacapri, loved our chair ride.
This tour was a wonderful addition to our trip. Louigi our guide was amazing. He incorporated humour and history all in one. He was terrific. The views are unreal and meeting new people from different countries was a real highlight while on the excursion. Thank you- from two Canadians
What an amazing and well organized tour. Our tour guide Marcella was the best. The chair lift is a must. Anacapri had beautiful local shops and was a great atmosphere!
Our Capri tour with Cioffi Tours was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Luigi was an exceptional guide. From the moment we met him, he treated us like family. His warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome. He shared the history, culture, and beauty of Capri with such passion that the island truly came alive. The entire day was well organized, relaxing, and filled with breathtaking views and memorable experiences. Luigi went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment. If you’re looking for a tour that feels personal rather than rushed, Cioffi Tours is the company to choose. We left Capri with beautiful memories, incredible photos, and grateful hearts. Thank you, Luigi, for treating us like family and giving us an unforgettable day. We will always remember your kindness and highly recommend Cioffi Tours to anyone visiting Capri! 🇮🇹💙🍋 ♥️
What an exceptional trip with Luigi. He was very professional and soo funny. The day was perfectly planned. We got to see the blue grotto which was super cool. We skipped the lift in Anicarpi due to cloudy conditions. Instead we visited other grottos which was well worth it. Breath taking views and pics. Highly recommend!!!
My daughters and I had a fabulous time with our tour guide, Luigi! Even with the hot weather, we managed to enjoy every minute of the tour. Luigi’s sense of humor was amazing, and he was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
Brilliant day from start to finish. Marcella was our guide and explained before getting onto the ferry about getting off as quickly as possible in order to get to the blue grotto if it was open. We arrived and our group of 14 made a quick dash to our meeting point. Within minutes we were on a boat heading to the blue grotto which was open. We had a very short wait (5-10mins max) and we were moved into the small rowing boats. Into the cave which is an exciting experience in itself! We were inside for 10mins and back out again. All credit to the rowers for getting us in and out safely as waves were at times concealing the entrance - you can see how easily it would be shut. Back on the shuttle bus (we got out at the side of the cave and walked up some steps - again showing the efficiency of the trip) and into Anacapri by 9.30am. Amazing. In our free time we did the chairlift, our boys of 9 and 11 managed this no bother at all. Again, only a short wait, maybe 10-15mins or so. Enjoyed the view at the top and then came back down. We then walked to the Mamma Mia viewpoint and then came back to the restaurant Marcella had recommended. Lovely wine and food there. Back to the bus and headed down to ‘main’ Capri. As we had done so well with time, we got the option to shorten our time there to an hour in order to go out on another boat trip to see more sights which we did. This was 25 euros each (paid in cash) however our boys were free. An hour in Capri was long enough for us, it was busy and super hot. Boys enjoyed gelato and we enjoyed a lemon sorbet. Then onto our final boat trip where we saw many caves, green grotto and the iconic rock formations. Back to the marina to transfer onto our ferry back. We honestly loved our day and felt we saw the best of Capri with the least amount of stress possible. It was so streamlined. Highly recommend.
