This place was not a good experience. They took 1.5 hours picking up people. Then when we got there we found out it was this touristy spot. Did not allow us to take in our own cameras and then wanted to charge us $75 for pics. Forced everyone to stay until the other tours were done Charged us $22 for 4 sodas and fries. Our tour guide was very nice and the tequila tasting was good. I will not book with this company again
I had a very bad experience at this destination; upon arriving at the cenotes, we were told that there was no rental of lockers but not to worry about our valuables because it was completely safe. Immediately, at the second cenote, a digital camera was stolen from my partner and me from the backpack, as well as some clothing. We filed a complaint with our guide, and he said they would check the cameras; about 2 hours passed, and we received no response. Finally, we had to speak with the supervisor, who told us that they found nothing. In addition to that, they constantly asked us for "voluntary" tips that felt mandatory, making you feel bad or humiliating you in public if you did not give them what they wanted. Very bad experience, I do not plan to travel with them again.

We had a very good time during this tour. Miguel was a fantastic guide! He was kind and fun and helpful. We really recommend this tour!
Fabulous adventure for the family (4 adults). We loved swimming in the centres and jumping in. Josh our tour guide was very informative and fun. Lovely small group and we had the cenotes to ourselves - very secure to leave your stuff whilst swimming. I definitely would recommend it to everyone of any age.
Miguel was a whole experience! We went with children, adults, and seniors, and everyone felt included in the fun! The music, the energy, and the choices made our day. We will see each other soon!
Great experience overall, just be aware you don’t actually need water shoes when prompted at the start.
The pick up was very smooth, our driver picked us up a little early even, but was willing to wait around until the actual pick up time. Once we got to the base camp they were very organized. We got through the check in process fairly smoothly. We took off to the Cenotes shortly after. The first and second Cenotes were our favorites, but the 3rd was really cool too. We would definitely recommend it! Our guide Miguel was awesome and even showed us a few cool things about the Cenotes. We opted for the meal package, it was worth it if you didn’t want to eat a late lunch at your resort. Good Tacos and drinks at every Cenote as well as snacks at the first 2.
So great ! So fun (: very friendly crew. Nice snacks. Gross bathrooms.
It was an amazing experience and we had the best tour guide, Miguel. He played music for us and he was super chill and fun.
Value for money and guide was very good
