Pickup Locations & Times
• Please be at your designated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Our pickup vehicles are well marked with the Reykjavik Excursions. • Each driver has a few stops, so it can take up to 30 minutes to finish picking everyone up, so there is no need to worry if the bus is not there right away. Feel free to decide on your return transfer from Sky Lagoon. Here below is our timetable: Winter schedule (August 21st – June 20th) From Sky Lagoon: 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30, 20:30 Summer schedule (June 21st – August 20th) From Sky Lagoon: 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30, 20:30

We were picked up at the cruise terminal on time and taken to the Sky Lagoon with no problems. Getting back to the ship was just as easy.
So happy we chose Sky Lagoon, the 7-step ritual was the best. Sky Lagoon was closer to our cruise port and really the best choice. The views are amazing.
This was my favorite part of the whole trip, which was part of a 10-day cruise that left from Reykjavik and finished in Southampton. The lagoon was amazing. The views were stunning, it didn't feel too crowded, and the 7-step ritual was worth every penny. I also enjoyed the cafe. I got the cheese plate, which was delicious, and a glass of Moet. I had the best sleep in ages that night.
Sky Lagoon was amazing. What wasn’t good was booking through Viator. I booked to be picked up at bus stop 1. That got changed to the main bus terminal without notifying me. I called both Viator and the vendor and still got nowhere. They said I did not choose pick up, which I had proof of. Luckily I saw it in time so I didn’t miss out but 2 cab rides and an extra $60 later and Viator’s customer satisfaction guarantee means NOTHING.
Just a note. When the bus picks you up it may be labeled “FLY BUS” as you have to transfer at the Reykjavik bus station. You walk through the terminal to the other side and go onto the bus marked “SKY LAGOON”. Very easy but before i booked i wish i had known it was a transfer so i could be prepared. The return bus leaves every hour so you can choose how long you stay. However the return bus only stops at some of the bus stops. We got on at stop #4 but had to get off at stop #5 or stop #3. As others have written, the lagoon is magical. I have nothing bad to say about the experience. Splurge and get the private changing room. Also has a lovely cafe and shop.
The Sky Lagoon and its 7-Step Ritual was the perfect way to end our honeymoon. After days of walking, running, and constantly surpassing our step goals exploring Reykjavík and Iceland, it was exactly what we needed. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and each step of the ritual left us feeling refreshed and recharged. Save this for the end of your Iceland trip—you won’t regret it!

Great evening at the Sky Lagoon, transfers were smooth and without incidence. Time spent was adequate and we really enjoyed the Ser option - so worth the upgrade.

The Sky lagoon experience was wonderful but the booking experience through TripAdvisor was very disappointing. I paid for 6 adults and was charged for 6 but TripAdvisor/third party only paid Sky Lagoon for 4 adults. So 2 of us were not able to enjoy the spa experience. Sky Lagoon was very helpful and spent time trying to correct the issue but bottom line they could not get the additional payment so could not allow access for all 6 of us to the spa.

Don’t waste your time at the competitors lagoon. Sky Lagoon has them beat. My experience ranks as one of my best experiences of a lifetime. It’s beautiful from start to finish. It’s clean. It’s heaven on earth.

We booked the Ser package with the 7 step ritual and it did not disappoint, cold plunge, sauna, cool mist, steam, body scrub and lagoon. The facilities were clean, well staffed and organized. The lagoon has an infinity side that overlooks the sea and is breathtaking. It is also conveniently located close to Reykjavik. We left the lagoon experience totally relaxed!
