The dining room was a private room with absolutely no atmosphere at all. The mushroom soup was good but the main course, fried chicken and fried rice was bland.
Dear David, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the mushroom soup, though we’re sorry to learn that the dining atmosphere and main course did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your comments and will share them with our restaurant partner to help improve both the setting and the food quality for future guests. Your feedback is valuable in helping us enhance the overall dining experience. Safe travels
A fabulous afternoon lead by our guide Sounda who was so informative about the Towers & to be on the tower alone without the other crowds of tourists was an added bonus not to mention our private lunch in the Club. My only observation is please read the dress code before you rock up for the tour as you may not get past security if inappropriately dressed. Fabulous tour.
Dining is very simple . The meeting point is not clear enaugh. He should tell us that there is an underground / aircon path from my hotel to the twin towers
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the dining experience and meeting point instructions didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your suggestion about mentioning the underground air-conditioned path — that’s a helpful detail we’ll be sure to include for future guests to improve their comfort and convenience. Your comments help us improve, and we truly value your input. We hope to serve you better on your next visit.
Food was okay. But view was fantastic. Only I would like to comment that the communication for getting the tickets and meeting guide was bad. It was make known to us that we are required to meet him where n time. Had to call the travel agency numerous times and waited the guide for half an hour. And it seems we are the only ones who encountered this!
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the fantastic view, but we're sorry about the miscommunication regarding ticket pickup and meeting the guide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and make multiple calls. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll be reviewing our communication process to ensure better clarity and coordination in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better next time!
We got a great view of the Petronas Towers, we had Malaysian dinner, I would say the food is ordinary but the view was good. Sundars is accommodating and patient in taking our pictures.
Amazing experience and Soundar was very knowledgeable on the history of the Petronas towers and surroundings. Although it rained we took some great photos from the Observatory and the city looked so different transforming from dusk to night. Dining experience was fantastic with waiters having fun and singing. Memorable!!
I had a great experience and good time with this tour. First of all I'm running behind for my tour, but my guild name Soundar Perumal very patient and accommodating. He is very professional and knowledgeable with the tour.
Tour Guide - Soundar kept telling us his frustrations of ppl not meeting at the right place - why tell everyone your issues if this is your job? Soundar contacted us only 3 hours before the experience to inform us on dress code, and told us that we were very "fortunate" to be going on this "tour" with him. After being told off about his attitude, he did not come to us at all - in fact I believe he felt insulted. Just to be clear- we didn't need anyone telling us for a good whole 10 minutes about people not abiding to his meet up place. We were there on time, and at the correct place. Why grumble to us about others? Unnecessary. We are paying much more than the usual, however it didn't feel very exclusive. Food was not bad (mushroom soup and Alfredo Pasta were good, not the Aglio Olio though). Expecting at least proper Mineral Water to be served, but was asked to take your own water from the dispenser instead. The only thing he mentioned was to stand in the middle of the link bridge and look up. He didn't even explain much about the whole process.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the unprofessional behavior you experienced during the tour. A guide's role is to enhance the experience, not burden guests with personal frustrations. We regret the lack of communication, delayed information on dress code, and the insufficient explanations provided during the tour. Additionally, we’ll review the dining experience to ensure the quality aligns with the premium pricing. Your input is invaluable, and we’ll use it to improve our service standards. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Wonderful VIP experience to have lunch and then enjoy a very private viewing of the tower. I’d highly recommend this if you are visiting the Petronas Tower.
This was the most memorable trip we have done with Viator. To have the privilege to go up the petronas towers into a gentleman’s club and have the most exquisite meal. The views were amazing and we were able to see sunset and everything lighting up. 10/10 and thank you for the experience
