Since many people probably booked with tripadvisor and the service staff got along with the crowd only with difficulty, you had to accept a waiting time (about 10 min.).

Best way to buy tickets as it was a bit chaotic otherwise to say the least. Also make sure you buy the Audio (separate purchase) if you need it. The show itself was a treat. Joyful, colourful, humorous right from the start. Not to be missed
This is a nice gentle experience, very relaxing the venue is nice and cool inside so it would be ideal in the afternoon if you're looking for a break from the heat. The shows do get booked up so I would pre-book if you need a specific time. The show itself was nice and relaxing we really enjoyed it.
We spent a wonderful moment, the puppeteers are very skilled and the show was charming, with live traditional music. I highly recommend it!
When I arrived, there were many people in line. I think I also have to line up to get a ticket. But there's no need. There was a staff member who came to ask me questions and gave me the ticket. Very good service
I go with my husband. We don't need to line up to get tickets. The surrounding decoration is very beautiful. Good service. That's one of the reasons I love Hanoi

We booked the VIP version of this experience for 6 of us (including 2 very excited kids) for AUD175 and planned part of our trip around it.. Only to turn up to collect our tickets at the box office on the day and be told that our tickets had been double booked and weren’t available. We were offered another time 4 hours later (which wouldn’t suit the kids) as the only other option with no other days at an earlier time being available. I called their number to request a refund, and have not yet received it.
