Very impressed with the service on the tour, the driver they sent to collect us was superb, a genuinely great guy, chatty and knowledgeable about the area and events. He got us to the venue promptly and dealt with the admission and hand over to an English speaking person on entry. The tour from the venue was pretty good, with some awesome specimens and extra wildlife throughout. There wasn't really a guide to take us through BUT they aren't really needed and the markings on the floor mean you can't go wrong and take your time. Return was handled with a simple call to the driver who immediately returned for us. Highly recommend the tour and this operator. Team were contactable via WhatsApp throughout the day and were responsive to messages with enquiries.
Very nice experience! So much fun for kids and adults! When you get inside first you pass through a jungle, where you can find a monkey, pelicans, crocodiles a lot of birds. After that you enter to a aquarium where you can see a different fish, as well turtle's, sharks, batoids. When you go early, before noon, it's not so many people, so you can see everything and make a photos (don't use a flash, so you will not scare the animals). I feel so nice and pleasant! Also, you can buy magnetic, toys and souvenirs at the entrance and inside of the complex! Thanks to Adam, who arange everything for us. All recommendations for him! And, of course go to see this!!!! You will not regret! 🙏🏼 🐬🍀
