Amazing and fun experience. Skevos was great at explaining the rules of the boat, and the tips of maximising your success with the fishing rod - which was great given we had two young kids on their first ever fishing trip. Everybody had a fun experience, we caught a few fish - including the infamous puffers - and the kids really were excited every time they caught one. Skevos spent extra time helping the kids so they really got the most from the trip. We anchored in a lovely little bay for an hour and went swimming whilst a fantastic fish BBQ was prepared along with the best ever Greek salad we have ever eaten - further enhanced with the most amazing lemon drizzle made by Skevos…!!! Irrespective of how many fish, size and species - it was the best trip ever. With open sea fishing you are always at the mercy of what nature will give you so be open to catch lots or little - but either way it doesn’t change the experience and the fun had by all… thank you so much Skevos for making our last day in Rhodes on this vacation memorable…!!
Fantastic trip well worth the money! Great fun fishing and I caught 5 fish😄. Lovely swim in the sea then gorgeous fresh salad with bbq fish. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The boat was fine, the grilled sea bass and Greek salad lunch was tasty and the crew was entertaining but as a fishing trip this was very disappointing. I wouldn’t even call it a “fishing trip”, per se. While trolling to and from the bottom-fishing location, we took 5-minute rotations holding a rod. Most of us got one 5-minute turn holding the rod while trolling. No fish were brought in while trolling. While bottom-fishing, we each had our own rod rigged with a small weight, two hooks about 12-15mm (~1/2 inch) in length and baited with cut up shrimp about the size of my small fingernail. The “target” species were puffer fish about 75-90mm (3”-3.5”) in length. So small that it was difficult to know when you were getting a bite and they put up essentially zero fight while reeling them in. The trip was good for a few hours on the water and about 30 minutes snorkeling near the shore. I cannot recommend this as a “fishing trip”.

Fishing in the open sea is never predictable, and no operator can guarantee the number, size, or species of fish that will be caught on any particular day. Our experience is designed as a shared traditional Greek fishing trip, where guests can try different fishing techniques in a safe and enjoyable environment. During trolling, everyone takes turns using the rod so that all guests have an equal opportunity to participate. During bottom fishing, each guest has their own rod, and we use the bait and tackle that are most effective for the conditions and species active that day. While pufferfish can sometimes be the most common catch, many of our trips also include seabream, scorpionfish, bream, wrasse, barracuda, bonito, amberjack, and many other Mediterranean species. We always do our very best to provide an authentic fishing experience, but we also believe in being honest with our guests: we can promise our effort, our knowledge, and our passion—but we can never promise what nature will provide. I went on this fishing trip with my mom and my brother last year it was really fun i didnt catch a single fish but the salad the captain made was the best ive ever eaten and now we eat it almost every meal in our family.
We (2 adults and 13yo) had a great fishing trip with Skevos and his crew. We enjoyed the fishing, friendliness of the team and the great bbq. It was an excellent tour and we would recommend it! We all caught multiple smaller fish. Great activity to do!
Such a great day I would definitely book again if I was here. Very friendly and funny. Good food and good people.
Since we and the grandson didn't get so much fish, it was a little disappointing. The stop with lunch was all the better. Nice little bay, lovely bath. Grilled seabass with Greek salad and bread was very good. But don't know if it was worth the price we paid.
Everything was fine. Good food and good fishing. Perhaps would arrange better opportunities for more people to fish we triplet at the same time.
Great way to spend a morning! Skevos and Dad were fantastic hosts. Good local knowledge and had fun meeting others. Great freshly prepared food. One of the highlights of the holiday.
We booked a fishing trip with Skevos and Mike. Very nice, humorous, and professional team. We caught enough (which is not always a given when fishing). The freshly caught fish was then grilled on the boat and served with Greek salad.... It was excellent. In addition, there was also the opportunity to go swimming during the grilling. All in all, an unforgettable trip.
