As your guide shares captivating stories of gold rush chaos and legendary characters, you’ll pass historic landmarks that reveal Skagway’s colorful past.
Your first stop is the Skagway Overlook, a breathtaking vantage point that offers panoramic views of the town, Skagway River, and the towering, glacier-studded Chilkoot Mountains. Capture stunning photos of your ship in the harbor before continuing to Skagway Spirits.
At the distillery, you'll embark on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour to learn about the creative process behind their handcrafted spirits, including their signature Bone-Dry Gin and Glacial Vodka. Discover the intricate distillation techniques and locally sourced ingredients that set Skagway Spirits apart. Next, step into the tasting room, where a skilled mixologist will craft a complimentary cocktail from their curated menu. Sip on inventive creations like the Rhubarb Collins, a tribute to Skagway’s agricultural roots, or the Spruce Tip Gin & Tonic, infused with locally foraged Sitka spruce tips for a refreshing citrus twist.

We definitely love to learn about local artisans and it was a bonus to have a lovely cocktail after seeing the distillery. Our tour guide, Mikey, was awesome and so easy going. We were the only ones on the tour so he made a special trip and took us to an overlook of Skagway. It was a beautiful day with beautiful views!
