Falcon Boats are owned by two brothers who are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They give personalised tours going down narrow channels where possible. As we were staying in Budva, they agreed to collect us and take us back which saved a lot of time travelling. Highly recommended.
We liked kayaking on the lake very much and also the equipment seemed to be in good shape. What we didn’t like was that no-one cared to explain us anything about kayaking at all and as we were beginners we sometimes struggled to keep our direction.
What an amazing boat tour with Nick! We took the 2h tour with a private boat, and boy, how happy we were that we ran into him. With our request for a good English speaking guide he decided to do the tour himself with us and that was amazing. His knowledge with the history of the area is excellent and his love for his beautiful country of Montenegro is so evident. On the way we stopped to eat water nuts and also took a short swim. The atmosphere was perfect for us family of four. This was indeed an unforgettable experience. Look for the Falcon Boat tour stand and don’t settle for less. We booked a double kayak for two of our group online in advance, which saved having to decide between the many different operators on the day. We did not have to specify a time, which was very helpful as we were unsure how long it would take us to get there. All the team were very friendly and helped us to get the most out of our day at Lake Skadar. We also booked a private boat tour which was amazing as the scenery is stunning and it allowed us to see more of the lake than would be possible otherwise. Jovan was our guide and was very accommodating about when we took the boat trip and for how long. He was both knowledgeable and interesting, telling us about the area and life in Montenegro. We would highly recommend Falcon tours.

Falcon boat tour is the best! Jovan and his brother are very service oriented and super quick to respond on WhatsApp. We were so happy that we chose a private tour with them instead of a commercial tour on a bigger boat. Jovan picked us up in Budva and he was telling us a lot about his life and his country. He knew how to provide great service and their boat was brand new. We felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Friendly and informative guide. Fantastic trip round part of the lake. Only had two hours but it was time enough to enjoy the experience and have a swim. I felt the guide gave just the right amount of information on the trip, and also allowed quiet time for us to appreciate the magical setting.
The tour was very nice and the girl of the tour operator was very kind and give us drinks and take some pictures of us. The tour is 2 hours and at one point who want can swim. It was a really nice experience. Thanks a lot.
Excellent tour ! Our guide was amazing Super interesting , fun and respectful He was speaking great English All people working in the sales office was so nice and transparent I really recommend this tour It was amazing !
Whole ride was amazing, we would choose where to go and stop for swimming at any place. We have also recieved and returned boats on time as promised and it was very well organized. Only small inconvenient was receiving map 30 minutes ahead via email. We didn't bring phones, so we had to navigate by spoken instructions from organizator and we missed a lot of places consequently.
We spent two amazing hours on Skadar lake with Eagle boat. We saw many water lilies, several pelicans and other birds. Tour guide Jovan gave us a lot of useful information about the lake and Montenegro. Everything was perfect. After the boat tour, we rented a kayak which I also recommend. I will definitely come again. Good job!
