LOS ANGELES COLISEUM The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is an American sports stadium located in the Exposition Park. The stadium serves as the home to the University of Southern California (USC) Trojans football team. The Coliseum is the first stadium to have hosted the Summer Olympic Games twice, in 1932 and 1984. DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES Unlike other large cities, many people visit Los Angeles without ever setting foot Downtown. That’s a shame, since Downtown LA is rich with historic architecture and cultural attractions, not to mention sports and entertainment complexes. This slide show gives you a preview of some of the cool things to do in Downtown Los Angeles that are worth a visit.
GRIFFITH PARK OBSERVATORY,Hollywood Sign: The observatory is a popular tourist attraction with an excellent view of the Hollywood Sign, and an extensive array of space and science-related displays.
WALK OF FAME (Hollywood Blvd) Grauman's Chinese Theatre - The Hollywood Walk of Fame - - Kodak Theater, (Home of the Oscars) - The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel , and many more famous places too numerous to list... Since the first star was awarded to Joanne Woodward, in 1960, celebrities and fictional characters that have contributed to the entertainment industry here have recognized with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. There are now more than 2,300 of these five-pointed bronze stars including some of the most recent honorees such as Halle Berry, Jamie Foxx and Forrest Whitaker and The Munchkins, stars of the 1939 film “The Wizard of Oz.
Lunch at Mel's Diner:The ultimate 50’s dining experience! George Lucas filmed scenes for American Graffiti at a Mel’s Diner. The one on Sunset Strip, where we stop for lunch on the full-day tour, is still a great place for celebrity spotting! You don’t “have” to have lunch here – but why wouldn’t you want to? You just might recognize someone famous at the next table. Don’t let their clever disguise (Rayban(tm) sunglasses) fool you! Dine with the stars!
Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive: This is a city where the pawn shops are called “collateral lenders,” and make quick loans on Mercedes and Ferraris instead of toasters. This is a city where some of the clothing stores require customers to make advance reservations to shop, and where shoppers may routinely drop $100,000 or more in a single visit to a boutique on Rodeo Drive or Wilshire Blvd. A city where the post office offers valet parking. This town’s “Sister City” is none other than Cannes, France.
Santa Monica Beach: Follow America’s most famous cross country highway to the Pacific Ocean, and you will find yourself at the Santa Monica Pier. Designed as a pleasure palace and park a century ago, currently this restored family playground is gearing up for its 100th Gala in 2009.
Venice Beach: Hilary Duff shot a video here, Jim Morrison and the Doors and bandleader Benny Goodman both got their careers started here, and now it is the place actors Jane Fonda, Viggo Mortensen and Elijah Wood call home. It’s Venice Beach, the free-spirited beach resort town beloved for its Bohemian character, boutiques, street performers, artists, fortune tellers on the boardwalk and as a stellar place for people-watching (not to mention star-gazing)!Muscle beach and much more.... Please note: Due to Venice Beach city conditions, we might substitute Venice Beach to Fisherman's Village in Marina Del Rey.

Good infomative tour. Wish we could of spent a little longer time at some stops but LA in a day is a lot of ground to cover.
A very pleasant and informative tour! Kick back and let someone extremely knowledgeable show you the sights!
AMAZING journey through Los Angeles led by John from Sunseekers Tour. John was professional with a thorough presentation of interesting landmark facts with seamless transition from each destination point that captured our attention with a conversational manner, sense of humor with perfect delivery of timing and nformation throughout the entire day! Any literary with John as your guide will be a trip! One thing for Sunseekers Tour is to update their flier with seasonal exchanges for venue changes so trip attendees will know in advance of literary changes, otherwise a great value and an incredible way to spend the day with tour guide John by Sunseekers! I coukd never have seen so many landmark sites with fascinating facts in one day, Kudos to John & Sunseekers Tour! Cathy, New Mexico
Gabriel was an excellent tour guide with super knowledge of the area. The weather was terrible but he managed to accommodate getting us around the sights with minimal inconvenience
It’s a good way to see some of the highlights of LA in a nice clean van and as usual, a good driver enjoyed
Interesting, fact-filled and insightful tour of Los Angeles. Plenty of opportunity to get out and experience LA. Our tour guide John was so fun and immersed us all in the experience. He’s a gem!
Good for an overview of neighboorhoods in LA, but mostly driving with a few stops. Guide focused mostly on pointing out where various scenes of movies were shot. A lot of BS about how affordable LA was to live in 🤪. Van was comfortable and there were only 8 of us.
Tour hit many important sites, but overall it was disappointing. The guide spent little time discussing the history and culture of the Los Angeles area, but instead conducted a sociology discussion about haves and have nots and, young women seeking husbands, and other places like the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. His other topic was pop culture including name dropping and movie titles. We are American, but his observations would give foreign visitors a false impression of the United States. Also, he would mention a site blocks before we got there and then often fail to point it out when we got there. We also wish he had shown us the Rose Bowl, Chinatown, Korea Town, Little Tokyo, the new SoFi stadium instead of spending 45 minutes at Santa Monica pier and a half hour at Marina del Rey. And, the guide could sometimes not be able to answer key questions. Clearly our guide was not well educated in the cultural and ethnic history of Los Angeles. All in all, a tour we would never recommend.
Sorry we disappointed you. From you comments, it appears that you were hoping for a classroom discussion of the area's history. If we were to add the locations on your wish list, the 8 hour tour would be at least 12 hours. Our guides all have years of experience giving tours. Experience has shown us that our guests are rarely interested in "cultural and ethnic history". It is a "Hollywood" tour which includes a lot of Los Angeles county in addition to "name dropping movie titles". Our advertising clearly specifies which attractions will be included. If guests are interested in seeing and/or hearing about other attractions, we encourage them to book a private tour with us.
Great tour experienced and enjoyed. The guide was awesome and has great knowledge about the places and history.
Thank you for your most welcome endorsement of the tour you recently took with us.
The tour was so disappointed.the 8 hour TOUR was cut short to 6 and we were only allowed to get down at 2 places instead of 4..the driver guide. Dave was not at all accomodating.he did not allow me to sit in front as I am a foreignner in America I wanted to have a clear view of the city while driving around On the way back I asked him he could just stop by MacDonald to take away a burger .he refused that too ..I feel your driver was in hurry for completing the your and not all accomodating to passengers request if any arises sometimes Yoal waste of money and time with the tour company
It is unfortunate that the dates on reviews reflect the date of submission or the review and not the tour date. There were 4 reviews generated by guests on the tour you took. 2 chose to pick on the driver/guide. The other 2 praised the guide and the tour. Your tour was not cut short, in fact, due to the rain storm, it actually took nearly 9 hours. Perhaps you are not including the time it took to pick-up and return the other passengers to their hotels. With respect to accommodating guest requests, we do honor requests when possible without inconveniencing other guests. You asked for the front seat which was already occupied. It would have been totally inappropriate for him to ask the guest in that seat to move for you. Similarly, stopping at MacDonalds would have made the tour even longer inconveniencing the other guests. By the way, we do not have a driver/guide named Dave. Interesting that the 2 unhappy reviews mentioned Dave. The reviews praising the driver included the correct name.
