Perfect walking tour to start your exploration of Siena. Absolutely recommend it to all! Our guide spoke perfect English, she was a local and extremely knowledgeable!!
This was the perfect way to learn about sienna and the history of how and when it was started. We learned about the horse racing. We learned about the road from France all the way to Rome and its significance with sienna. Seeing a medieval town in person is spectacular. We ended at the Duomo And that was well worth it. The decorations, frescoes, and history of the church was well worth it. We even were given tickets to go up to an observatory where Galileo Galilei stayed for six months in sienna. It truly was a special way to spend the day. I would highly recommend this tour. It took about one hour. It was just the right amount for our family.
The cathedral was exceptional with so many sculptures by the most famous sculptors in history all in one place excellently described by our local guide Elena. She have us great historical references around Siena and to top it off told us the best red wine (Brunello!) and best places to eat!

Constanza was a lovely guide. She obviously knew so much about Siena but didn’t just give us a history lesson. This tour gives a gentle flavour and understanding of the Sienese people. An ideal introduction and pleasant pace
Julia was very sweet and I loved her personal perspective growing up in Siena. Only 1 hour but we saw a lot!
