Your Unesco World Heritages sites Visit begins with Pisa, our first destination. Getting off the coach, we reach the Field of Miracles, dominated by the Cathedral, the Leaning Tower and the Baptistery. From Pisa, we drive over Chianti area, some of the most beautiful and enchanting view of the countryside up to arrive at San Gimignano where a Tuscan lunch with a wine pairing, will wait for you (if option selected). After lunch time, your visit continues with the discovery of San Gimignano at your leisure, this town is known for its tall Towers and its ancient city planning still intact. Our last stop is Siena, amazing hilltop town with one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in the world. Here you will have some free time to stroll through the most famous attractions of Siena at your own pace and walk around the historic center. Please note that the order of the visits may change.

Unesco world heritage, famous for the still intact mediaeval town planning. It is often nicknamed the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages” because its famous tall, narrow towers create a skyline that looks a bit like a modern city.
A short journey then takes us to a family run wine-farm in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Here we shall have a delicious, traditional Tuscan lunch served with typical wines from our region.

- Once the audio guides are handed over before the guided tour, they become the full responsibility of the customer. In case of loss, a fee of €80 will be charged.

Our tours and transportation are not suitable for people with motor disabilities or wheelchair users, so to prioritize the safety and well-being of all involved, the driver and tour manager retain the right to decline participation if they believe it may compromise safety. The guide was fine but the driver was driving dangerously! Reverse in a roundabout, disregarding the safe distance with the car in front of us, and he was driving in the middle of a two-way road. A HORROR! Perilous journey

Bring water there’s a lot of walking about 17,000 steps the bus is very uncomfortable and does not leave you less than a mile away from site and the ac is shady and the the legroom is unbearable. Freddy was full of information and Rodolfo was unwilling or not capable of making our trip or walks shorter or our ac very very cold before entering, especially since we walked further than other tours Viator needs to contract better parking. I have also mentioned, several times in all feed back that I pay for one language and get a tour with multiple languages… I am very annoyed and it interrupts my experience. this in every Viator trip in italy that we have taken. My husband’s chair net and foot stand were both broken I felt too close to chair in front of me and it was miserable to try to nap in between sites. Rules for disrespectful travelers should be reminded: no phone calls or music on speaker, do not skip a turn and no garbage left behind. The curtains on bus smelled of urine and the glass was full of oily head stains !!! Viator should hire me to bring standards to a new level !!!

If you want to be left behind in Siena, go with Marta and Caf Tour from Florence. Even if she knows you're lost and you're getting to the meeting point, she'll leave anyway. I understand that there are schedules to keep but I have always been punctual for previous appointments. I didn't get distracted by shopping, or coffee, or anything else. I just took a wrong turn and got lost. I called the agency that communicated with Marta. I arrived 9 minutes late and there was no one at the meeting point. In Pisa, we had waited a few minutes for someone else but, as she was accompanied, Marta waited. Marta, thank you for ruining a trip to Tuscany, something I had hoped for. It is true that the agency arranged transportation to Florence with another guide. But I didn't go to San Gimignano, which I had also paid for. Besides, it's not pleasant to be left alone behind in a foreign country. I hope that doesn't happen to you, Marta included. Caf Tour is certainly not to be repeated.
This tour worked well for us. There was quite a bit of time on the bus but it was a very hot day so we appreciated the breaks away from the heat on the bus. Our guide was Aaron and he did an excellent job- he was fun and informative. We originally booked the tour without lunch- but then paid an extra €20 each for a walking tour in sienna and entry to the cathedral as this is not included in the tour without lunch. We enjoyed seeing the sites- especially the leaning tower and San Gimignano.

This trip was not worth it. It was a very long day with too many people. It rained all day too, which did not help (although that was out of everyone’s control). I enjoyed the lunch and the tour guide did her best under the circumstances. You would be better spending the money on a smaller group that goes to one or two places at the most.
