Finally got the Questio app to load but the quest never showed. I called the +40 number listed for "Help" but no one answered. Having spent more than 30 minutes trying to get it to work my family decided to go ahead and explore on our own.

Enjoyed playing this game. Great way to see the city without having a formal tour guide. Gave us a sense of direction and purpose in a new city with a small bit of history given within each clue to solve.

Except for seeing the Campo free of cost, we were disappointed with all the entry fees to the churches & found the city dirty & expensive!

We toyed very much times to open this game - it needs r works. Even the contacting 2x the Viator we had no chance. So we gave it up. We lost the money and 1 hour of our hollidays.

We handed the phone over to the teenagers and they had a blast leading us through the scavenger hunt. It came at a time in our trip through Italy when they were getting tired of the walking and the heat. This turned that around! Perfect for families with young teens or for those who would like a unique way to experience lovely Siena.

The idea is great! The execution not so much… We found the riddles very hard to find/solve. An activity of finding 10 locations/things that was supposed to take 60 min, was on track to take several hours. We gave up after 90 min and only 4/10 items, as the kids kiss interest…

On a hot day while kids were losing interest in doing anything other than finding shade, this definitely brought them back into exploring the city. Kids are 15, 12, 10, and 8. All had fun.

App was pretty buggy and difficult to use and English translation and overall story was poor. This was an okay way to walk through old Siena and see some of the major sites.

Very nice tour, our daughter had a lot of fun, we would have preferred it to be a little longer, nice way to discover the cities more with the children while having fun!! Highly recommended!!☺️
