Enjoy a 1 Hour karting experience on the city roads of Tokyo! This course will take you through the famous Shibuya Crossing more than once! You will feel like a celebrity and relish the attention from onlookers. Join solo and meet people from all over the word or come in a group to make the most unforgettable memory of Tokyo! Our well trained guides will lead your group in a kart. Our guide will keep you safe and make sure you have an awesome experience. You will be crossing the world's busiest crosswalk from different angles to fully enjoy the attention and view!
You will enjoy the ever-changing street view of Harajuku, the mecca of Japanese pop culture and fashion.
You will drive through the intersection where Harajuku (pop fashion) meets Omotesando (mature fashion). You will also drive through the backstreets of Omotesando.

- ALL Participants will need to obtain special documents to drive in Japan. • For most countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in the booklet format compliant to the 1949 Geneva Convention is required. Valid IDP's can only be issued by the same country that issued your domestic license and CANNOT be obtained online while traveling. • FOR Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco you will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), NOT an International Driving Permit.
- Drivers' licenses issued by countries NOT covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
- Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation: the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport.
- NO Domestic License alone is accepted as a legal document to drive in Japan.
- Street Kart will message you within 24 hrs when confirming booking with information on EXACT documents you need.
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Wear flat closed footwear. Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.
- You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.

Our family group of 5 booked this tour. It was an amazing time. The carts were fun and easy to drive. The staff and tour guide were amazing.
Such a fun experience. I was nervous at first but kart guide made it fun. I got separated from the group and stuck behind a bus and the kart guide got out of his cart and came around the bus to make sure I was ok. This is a must do in Tokyo!!!

My group of 15 from South Carolina, USA had an absolute great time! This was the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. Abrar, our guide, was cautious and so much fun. Definitely recommend and if I have another opportunity I will do it again!

After seeing many times on social media, I decided to book this tour as apart of our trip to Tokyo. I recommend booking the evening/night! It’s so beautiful riding through Shibuya with all the lights and people. We did opt for the insurance for an extra 1000 yen each because, we are on vacation and didn’t want to end up dealing with extra hassle should something happen. Our tour guide was Xavian, he did a great job making sure our group didn’t get separated by cars or traffic lights. He took great photos of me and my boyfriend during activity and a variety of photos prompting us at different times throughout the activity. We received them at the end of the tour via Google Drive.
