Take 1-hour train of first class ticket from downtown Hong Kong to Shenzhen. Shenzhen has some of the most popular theme parks such as: Splendid China and China Folk Culture Villages. You will be escorted by a tour guide from Hong Kong at all times, walk through the check point of Hong Kong side and China side. This tour is designed to let you explore the historical site and minority ethnic culture of China. A 144-hour free Group China Visa will be issued by Chinese authority just for your one day visit.

Next, it’s time to pass the border into China, where the real adventure begins.
Your guide takes you to the Shenzhen Museum of History and Folk Center. Enjoy three hours to explore the museum. Admire the museum’s collection of more than 20,000 cultural relics, including ancient history and art treasures, showcasing 50,000 years of civilization of China.
Once your time at the museum has ended, you have options for lunch. Choose between a dim sum lunch at Shangri-la Hotel, or an Indian lunch at a local authentic Indian restaurant. No matter what option you prefer, you’ll have one hour to eat.
Your last stop is at China Folk Culture Village, a village-style park illustrating the diverse buildings, food and dances of 56 Chinese ethnic groups. Wander the park for three hours, and make sure to have your camera ready because there are a ton of photo opportunities as you go through the area.
Discover Dongmen Old Street in Shenzhen! Stroll historic pedestrian lanes, browse local shops for souvenirs and crafts, sample authentic street food, and immerse yourself in the lively local culture. At about 6：00 PM, leave your guide at the China/Hong Kong border, and cross the way you came. Return transfer to your hotel will be arranged. You will back to hotel at about 19:30.

1.After booking, please send a clear copy of your passport along with your booking reference number to us for high-speed train ticket arrangements. 2.If we do not receive your passport copy by 18:00 prior to departure, MTR transportation will be arranged instead. 3.For group tours, please arrive at Holiday Inn Golden Mile at 09:00. Hotel pickup is not provided. Kindly proceed to the meeting point on time and look for your guide holding a “ChinaVistas” flag.

- If you see your hotel name on this page, it does not mean your tour guide can read your mind and know your hotel name automatically. Instead, please offer hotel name to the local tour operator by email or phone for pickup arrangement. Otherwise the tour bus will not go to your hotel.
- To apply a 144-hour-stay China group visa, please photo your passport page that has passport number, send it by email to local tour operator as soon as possible. The Group Visa will be issued for the whole delegation one day prior only. The Group Visa will not be sent to you. Please bring your passport for immigration.
- Your tour guide from Shenzhen will hold your 144-hour China group visa, waiting at Luo Hu Check Point, China side. And your tour guide in Hong Kong will escort the group all the time both in Hong Kong and in Shenzhen.
- For guest who has individual China visa, please inform reservation staff in advance. China immigration authority will first utilize the individual visa even you are on the group visa list.
- If you live in local home or a hotel not on the pickup list, please give your address. You will be informed of the nearest pickup hotel and given a pickup time to meet your tour guide.
- Booking will be rejected if you do not provide your hotel name and hotel address to the local tour operator.

What a fantastic day! I had a fab time , I was involved in what we got to see, the meal was totally tasty and the atmosphere was friendly , it wasn't rushed, I felt valued , any questions wasn't too much . This has been an amazing first day in China for me. I booked this tour as I had a layover in Hong Kong. And, I wanted to experience being in Mainland China. We got to experience the process of crossing the border. And, it’s nice to ride the bullet train as well. My tour guide Susan showed me several places in Shenzhen. She’s friendly and gave me a lot of information about the city. We had a dim sum lunch first, which is delicious. After that, we went to different places in the city with awesome views and showed how nice Shenzhen it. At the end we watched a performance show in the Folk Village as well. It has been really an awesome day.
A full day with hotel pickup. Susan our guide did a fantastic job of getting us thru immigration from Hong Kong into China. Once in ShenZhen she was very knowledgeable and informative of the city and it's history. Highly recommend Susan. She was very flexible and accommodating to our pace and interests. The information of the excursion was not complete in describing the pickup and transport method. It did not explain that we would be taking a train to and from. All good it worked out great much faster by bullet train than what we were expecting by car.

The organization and communications were terrible. I was given different times for pick up and finally was picked up 2.5 hors after the original time. Our tour guide was great and lunch was delicious. I wish I’d gone with a better organized company. People should be aware that the travel to and from Shenzhen requires a lot of showing passports, fingerprinting and photos. The tour company leaves you, with a train ticket, at the station in Shenzhen.

Joyce was a great tour guide who gave us a wonderful insight into Chinese culture and the city of Shenzhen. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful park, the coffee delivered by drone (!) and the delicious traditional lunch in a Chinese restaurant.
