this is a shared transportation pick ups are 3 and a half our prior the flight time. We will pick up passengers from different hotels and the pick up times will be provided one day before the departure date. it is very important that the customers call a day before to our contact center to receive the pick up time. the first pick up on the first hotel is at 8 am and the last pick up will be at 5 pm

Wish I could leave no stars cause that’s what this deserves!! DO NOT BUY THIS!! I REPEAT DO!! NOT!! BOOK!! This is a scam and to ice the cake they’re EXTREMELY rude! Customer service negative 10! Travel was booked for 10AM for an 1PM flight. Upon waking up for check out I see they’ve message at 8AM, hours earlier than time booked, that the ride was outside. I contacted customer service as soon as I saw the message about 10/15 mins after and the responses were rude and short and basically stated I was SOL and no refund or credit would be provided. Even if the driver couldn’t returned knowing I didn’t confirm an 8AM pickup time, a credit or at minimum partial refund would’ve been a nice gesture instead of saying “it’s a no show driver and money gone.” The prices seemed decent but I ended up having to book a taxi and paying LESS regardless!! Save yourself the stress and money DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE MONEY HOGS!

This time was notified in advance through the Viator Contact Center, which is our official channel for sending important updates. We understand if the message wasn’t seen in time, but we made every effort to communicate it clearly and ahead of schedule. They were where they said they would be. We used them to go to the hotel and bring us back to our airport. The van was clean, the driver was nice, and everything was on schedule.

Great company! Excellent service!! We were a family of 5 going to the airport and although we paid for shared car, we got a direct ride to the airport. The car was super high class, clean and brand new! The driver was on time, and all my questions were answered very promptly. Highly recommend. They were the cheapest but I got a much better service from the other guests that paid doubled what I did! Don’t think twice - it is totally worth it!

The driver (Abagail) and guide (Jose) were GREAT!!!! Everything was explained in detail before we arrived at each of the 3 excursions..exception is how cold the water is in the cenote but it not unbearable. The boat ride out to snorkel with the turtles is difficult for bigger people but manageable. Once you get off the boat there a plenty of colorful fish to see as the water is crystal clear. Once you get closer to the turtles (grassy areas) the water is not as clear but we saw 5 turtles and a large star fish!! The last of our 3 excursions for the day was lunch and beach time at an exclusive beach. The food was good, plenty of beach beds to lay on and watch the waves roll in. It was a great day (long day) but well worth what we paid for this day trip!!!
Definitely the best way to save money on transportation. The driver was very accommodating and felt safe with his driving.
Driver was super nice and friendly. Didn't tall too much and got me there right on time. The van was air conditioned and clean!
Will never use this transfer and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I set up a round trip transfer from airport to hotel zone. My pick up at airport was at 10:00 when arrived no body was there to pick me up. I called Yamevi travel and they send someone right away. 5 minutes later someone greet me at the airport only to tell me that my pick up was changed to 11:00. Since it was a share transfer and i was the only one that arrived at 10:00 they said i had to wait for the next flight that comes in at 11:00. I call Viator and asked them what was going on. They call Yamevi and could not do anything for me. So I was stuck at the airport for an hour waiting for the next flight to arrived. At pick up from the resort they call me up and wanted to charge me an extra $10 usa dollars to pick me up on a private van because they start until 8:00 am. I said no just pick me up at 8:00 am my flight was at 10:51 am. They insisted that I was not going to have enough time. I told them no again and to go ahead and schedule the pick up at 8:00 am, they worn happy about it. I received the confirmation via text and i reply ok and thanks. Later that day they call me back that my pick up was moved to 8:30 I told them the whole story about trying to charge me more to take a private van because I was not going to have enough time. She assure me that I was going to be the last pick up and would go straight to the airport. When they picked me up at 8:30 am we were going straight to the airport when suddenly he gets a call and turns around. When I asked what was going on he said that he has to go back and further away to pick up someone else. I told him that I didn't wanted to lose my flight so he called them and told them that time and traffic was going to be tight and didn't want to cause us to lose the flight. They didn't care and told the driver to continue to pick up the other customers. We heard the last call for our flight and thankfully they waited for us. This company does not care about its customers at all they just care about our money.
