Shanique Kerr met us at the hotel once we arrived and answered all of our questions. She was readily available when needed. She was there to help us when we were leaving the hotel as well! I am very satisfied with my experience with Nexus and with Shanique.

I booked a round trip transfer through RIU Montego Bay. I arrived to the airport in Jamaica, went to Nexus Tours at their booth and they saw our names and put us on the bus. Now it’s time to leave. We had an evening flight (5pm), so we went that morning (10am) to check in to see what time we’d be able to leave to head to airport. They can’t find our flights or our names. The transfer voucher means nothing to them. They’ll pick you up no problem it’s the return where you’ll run into issues. Apparently the agents have no ideas when the buses for today are leaving. Thank you Nexus for taking my money and not fulfilling what you guys were paid for. I called Nexus Tours as well and was hung up on twice.

Had a bus pick up from Princess Grand on March 14 with driver Wild West Cowboy. He was a great driver and was very knowledgeable about the area, sharing facts and history as we drove through each place. Any tourist would be lucky to have him as their driver

The drivers are either selling drugs or alcohol on a regular basis, which is extremely concerning. Administration is equally problematic—emails were sent to someone in our group under the wrong name, and although I received a QR code, my name was not included on the driver’s list. When I contacted customer service, the experience was unacceptable. The conversation was repeatedly ended, and within eight minutes I was forced to retell my situation five separate times. The fact that this company operates as a monopoly in this space makes the situation even more troubling, as customers have no meaningful alternative despite consistently poor service.

It was fine, AC did work, there were seatbelts which was appreciated. Felt safe enough, don't think private transport makes sense for such a short drive.
