- We provide a Door-to-Door service. We will pick you up from the Airport terminal you arrived and take you to the address where you want to go to. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves. (Noted that all flight details and address info are based on the booking form which you filled in).
- Except a few LCC terminals with limited access & Apartments with narrow streets.
- If you are going to your destination from a hotel, normally please wait at the hotel lobby. (you will receive departure notice one day before service day, around 5 PM). If being collected from an apartment or your home, please wait outside by your main door. If apartment or home unable to reach due to narrow streets and our vehicle size, will decide meeting point nearby.
- Your pick-up time will be indicated in the Departure Notice we send to you/your hotel by email/fax one day before (around 5pm) the service date.
- To make a change to your booking please contact our Cherry Tomato crew via email. For changes or amendment on travelling day or later, Please contact our service center.
- Please contact our Cherry Tomato Service Center asap and we will do our best to locate your missing item.
- Wheelchair can be arranged only if we were informed. You must inform us in advance if there are passenger that travel with a wheelchair.

The driver was prompt and in a comfy MPV..ride was smooth without much jam..it took about 20mins from Shinagawa to Haneda if without jam

Our hotel check out was 11am and our flight home to Australia was not until 10.20pm that night. The transfer company asked our flight times and then advised they would pick hs up from the hotel at 1pm. We arrived at the airport and had to then sit for many hours with nothing to do which made for a very long day. Despite asking the transfer company if could be picked up closer to our departure time we were advised that it was not possiible. The airport was only 30 mins drive from our hotel in Shinjuku. We lost a whole day of sightseeing because of this. Next time we will decide pick up time, not the transfer company, or we find another transfer.
Driver arrived early and was an easy ride to the airport. Company communicated through Whatsapp the day before to confirm pick up details which made things easy. Booking the hotel to airport transport in advance provided the peace of mind. My only feedback would be to add into the description of the service is an approximate time before departure to expect to get picked up.
Pickup was quick and painless, and came straight to our hotel. I only wish we had a little earlier communication as to when this pickup was going to be.
Driver is good and helpful. He also come early to pick us so we can go airport early to check in early.
