This small-group Jewish Quarter tour (max 10 people) is designed for travelers who want a more personal and engaging experience while exploring one of Seville’s most historic neighborhoods. Walk through the former Jewish Quarter and discover its hidden streets, charming squares and rich history, brought to life through stories, legends and historical context shared by your local guide. Beyond the main sights, you’ll explore lesser-known corners and gain a deeper understanding of how Jewish, Muslim and Christian cultures shaped the city over the centuries. The small-group format allows for a relaxed and interactive experience, with time to ask questions and connect with your guide in a friendly atmosphere. This tour is conducted in English only.

Itinerary
Our meeting point will be at the surroundings of the Alcazar, Royal Palace used since Moorish times. By getting to know its history we would get a better understanding of Seville's medieval history before inmersing in the Jewish quarter.
In this amazing little square we will learn about the past of the communities that inhabitated the area
We will discover the history of the past synagogues of the city
We will past through these amazing gardens while discovering the history of the neighbourhood.
In this stop we will see the only physical remains of the medieval Jewish quarter at the archaeological site inside an underground car park.
Our walking tour will finish in front of the Church of Santa Maria la Blanca.

Nice experience and great to walk on the same lands that my forefathers were both exiled to as well as exiled from to north and west africa. I already knew this information prior to the tour, and our tour director didnt speak of it in this manner, but to know the history and how it applies directly to me was sobering, heartbreaking , and informative at the same time.
