- After you disembark the ship, go to the Passengers’ Terminal - Go through the Terminal and exit on the other side - After you exit the terminal - cross the street - We will wait for you just outside the open gate on the other side of the street - Look for the sign [Spain Day Tours / Top Day Tours] * Note that the transportation to Seville may be in a large motor-coach bus with other groups. The road to Seville is an uneventful drive on the highway. The large coach is the most convenient and eco-friendly way of transportation and is done for your benefit and personal space. There will be one stop along the way at the only place available, which is a Petrol Station type rest area. Once in Seville, you will tour in a small-group with your English speaking expert guide.

This is a large bus group tour. It’s buried in the listing that there could be up to 18 people in your group but we were with about 30 people. I felt misled by the listing as I thought it was going to be a more intimate experience for us to see Seville. Also, we had trouble finding the bus (they said we should’ve known to meet outside of the terminal - which mean outside of the terminal, outside of the gate so we stood around about 30 yards from the bus waiting, unknowingly). They eventually sent a photo of where they were located and we were literally in the photo standing just in front of them. When we finally figured it out and got on the bus, the tour guide called us out over the intercom twice for being late - even though we were still on the bus 4 min before we were scheduled to depart. It was embarrassing and unnecessary for them to treat us like that. Read the description closely before booking!
The review does not accurately describe how this tour operates. As clearly stated in the listing, the transfer from the port to Seville may be shared with a larger number of passengers. This portion is simply transportation, with no sightseeing or guided touring during the drive. Once in Seville, guests are divided into smaller groups of no more than 18 people for the actual guided tour. In this case, your Seville tour group consisted of only 15 guests, an important detail that was omitted from the review. The meeting instructions also clearly state that guests must meet outside the cruise terminal and port gate, where the bus is permitted to wait. All other participants located the vehicle successfully. Our team nevertheless sent you a photograph of the meeting point to assist you. You boarded the bus shortly before departure, but the vehicle and the other passengers had been waiting while the team attempted to locate you. The comments made on board were intended to explain the delay, not to embarrass anyone. We encourage future guests to read the full tour description and meeting instructions, which clearly explain both the shared transfer and the maximum group size for the guided tour in Seville.

Pickup and dropoff at the cruise ship terminal went smoothly. Transportation was in a comfortable air conditioned coach bus which had both USB-A and USB-C chargers up by the air vents which was nice. The guide on the 90 min bus ride was ok but had perhaps a bit too much to say…. Our tour guide in Seville, Rocio, was very good. She used little radios that made it easy to hear and understand her as we toured around. Plaza de Espana in Seville was beautiful. The Cathedral of Seville was also beautiful but I wish the tour could have included that (inside) too. The Alcazar was very impressive and we enjoyed the tour a lot.

We really enjoyed the tours to Seville. Our second day trip was from the port of Motril to Granada. Spain Day Tours was easy to deal with and gave us the best tour options to allow us the most time in these cities. The Alhambra and Alcazar were amazing to see! The company picked us up from the cruise port and the guide stayed with us until the local guide gave us more detailed information at the sites. Emilia was great communicating all the details to make this a smooth trip. I would recommend touring with them again. The cost of the tour is very reasonable too.

I took three full days (cruise excursion) tours through Spain Day Tours. The first was Cadiz/Seville, then Lisbon/Sintra/Cascais and finally Palma de Mallorca. We were picked up just outside the port. The motor coach was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The tour itself was informative and interesting. took Spain Day Tours from Cadiz port off NCL viva to Seville. We had no issues and the bus was comfortable. We had time when we got back to walk around Cadiz for a bit.

This was a great tour. We were picked up directly outside the cruise terminal and had a very comfortable bus ride to Seville. Our guide was easy to understand and provided good information about Seville and sites we were visiting.
