The ticket of the Natural Park of Caldeira Velha, it`s not included, the people must decide if they want to pay the ticket just to visit (5€euros) per person or pay the ticket to try the termal hot bhats in the pools for (10€euros) per person.

We were lucky enough to get a fabulous tour guide Tiago Faria, He was very informative and gave us a really nice experience.. we were off the cruise ship that docked late due to bad weather but we really enjoyed our afternoon on this tour
What more can be said than we had the tour guide and vehicle to ourselves. Very informative tour, nothing was too much trouble . Sadly some places on the tour were closed due to us picking a Sunday, but it was more than made up for on the tour and we learned a lot about both the Azores and life in this region of Portugal from our very helpful guide.
An exceptional day with a friendly, passionate and professional guide who led us to magnificent places with breathtaking landscapes! Thank you to our guide Tiago Faria for this wonderful and unforgettable day 😊.
Our guide, Tiago, was very knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we were comfortable at all times. He also had great conversation and was a safe driver. He took us to some of the best places west and center of San Miguel island, to the majestic beauty of sete citades all the way to the foggy peaks of Lagoa do fogo. He was also cultured and taught us much about the traditions of the Azorean people, from century-old ceramics to pineapple farming. We had a great time. Thank you Tiago
