Serengeti national Park, ngorongoro conservation area 3 days two nights

By immense, with very beautiful discoveries, many animals, the tracks are very bad and we are very shaken in the 4x4

This company is a scam, we paid for tented lodges but the operator did not book in good time so we ended up having to camp, we were not prepared to camp and did not enjoy the experience as this was not what we wanted. The operator lied through his teeth until the last second when he could not lie anymore, but still insisted it wasn't his fault even though the issue was, indeed his fault because he did not book accommodations even though we confirmed the months in advance. To top it off, they reluctantly agreed to pay us a refund but guess what? They never showed up and stopped answering our messages shortly after, knowing we needed to leave the area the day after. An absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache.

We went on a safari of 2 days to Serengeti National Park and 1 to Ngorongoro accompanied by Isaac, our guide.He speaks good Italian and this helped us a lot in understanding all the information about animals and the environment that he provided.Very prepared, kind and patient he was able to take us to the right places and we were lucky enough to see all the Five Big Animals.He worked to try to solve some problems that occurred during a dinner at Serengeti Kifaru Tented Lodge (although they were certainly not up to him) where we stayed during our stay at Serengeti National Park.Here the staff was very courteous and kind, the place is beautiful and comfortable, but unfortunately we have to express a not positive opinion on the Restaurant Service.Breakfasts and first dinner well, but the dinner on the second day arrived completely wrong compared to the menu agreed based on the food intolerances expressed.A mistake can happen but in a high-level place like this you expect the solution to be found in acceptable time and not after 2 hours of waiting. We want to express a special mention for the mechanical team of Savanna, who made very fast some small failures that occurred to our Jeep, during the Safari.TOP Service!!!

Everything about Serengeti National Park is endless. Its vast rolling savannahs appear to stretch out past the horizon. So too, the immense herds of wildebeests, marching by the millions in their great migration – the largest movement of animals on the planet. This is Africa at its most epic. Lions? Over 3,000. More than any other park on earth. Over two million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle astonish visitors with their vast exodus parading the ancient cycles of nature. The rivers here are filled with crocodiles and hippos while overhead 500 species of birdlife take wing.

We had a sumptuous safari, we managed to see the Big Five, the guide put us at ease right away and he taught us a lot about nature and animals, I’m glad I chose Sere adventure!!!!

Great tour, my son love the lunches. Flexible with our demands. The driver was friendly and explained everything. We enjoyed every bit of the trip. It was also affordable.
