It was a good time with family, and the cruise boat right next to it is the best way to continue the evening.
We didn't book a river cruise dinner, as we were leaving the next day for an 8-day river cruise on the Rhône. Instead, we chose to have dinner prior to boarding the boat tour. No representative was there to greet us or provide direction as to timing, etc. Restaurant staff were also confused as to how to proceed with dinner. You're best to organize your own dinner and simply do a boat tour.
Read the description carefully, this is not a dinner cruise, but a dinner AND a cruise. Dinner was at a floating restaurant on the pier, where the service was slow. The food was okay, but nothing special. The only advantage was that we had priority boarding for the cruise. It is better to eat at a nice restaurant outside the Eiffel Tower area and take the exact same cruise separately at a time more convenient for you.
The Seine River tour was the absolute best! Dinner at a beautiful restaurant on the water was wonderful, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful, and the tour was absolutely wonderful!
We arrived at the boat had a lovely meal food very good and then cruised the river Very enjoyable would return and do again
The meal was perfect; however, for the cruise, we were six people waiting for the next departure, and an employee shouted at us to board or he would expel us from the dock without a refund. The boat was so crowded that it was very uncomfortable.
Very nice time on the boat, the food in the restaurant was delicious.
Beautiful boat where we ate very well, overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Impeccable and friendly service. Then took a second boat for the 1h visit on the Seine. Have a very good evening. Recommended!
Really good value and great experience. We were in Paris on Labour Day so everywhere was absolutely rammed with massive queues. We'd booked in advance and walked straight in. Service was a bit slow and we had to chase drinks twice but they had let us board the restaurant prior to opening so, fair enough. Food was good albeit my steak was ni where near medium rare but it was huge and was decent. After the meal we left for the cruise....and the carnage began....we were told to tell the staff on the queue that we had 'bistro' tickets which would allow us to queue jump.....the queue was a few hundred people! We spoke to the staff, which told us to speak to someone else, that person sent us to someone else and that person then sent us to the back of the long queue....we went back to the original person and explained it again and we were bustled through a barrier successfully. The queue was intense and the flow of people was doubly so....so I do get the confusion...however, this was my only real criticism that this part of the experience could have been improved. However, the food and eventually cruise were great and I would recommend....also, we sat and ate dinner, literally within a hundred meters of the Eiffel Tower - like wow
The dinner and service was excellent. The cruise was so relaxing and scenic. Make sure to go on the 9:00pm cruise to see the 10:00pm Eiffel Tower sparkle!
