The cruise itself was nice, although the audio was hard to use. The crepe tasting was NOT at the foot of the Eiffel Tower as described. It was a 15-20 min walk away and very hard to find as no clear directions were provided. Once we found the place, the views were awesome and the crepes were very tasty.
I booked our River cruise several weeks in advance, so I was very surprised when we arrived at the port that we were forced to stand in line with thousands of other people, many of whom were purchasing their tickets on the spot. We stood in line for at least an hour before we were able to board the boat. I think priority boarding for those who purchase tickets in advance would be helpful. Maybe I expected too much for an experience that was low cost, but I was stunned at the number of people who were in line. The cruise itself was great! Plenty of seating and great views all around- even from the bottom deck. I would totally do this cruise again, but it would’ve been helpful to know what the situation would be beforehand.
The boat experience was great! On the other hand, regarding the crepe, a more precise address or the name of the crepe maker would be necessary, as it was impossible for us to find it since we do not live in Paris. Therefore, we did not have a crepe, which is such a shame!
The boat ride was an hour long, they were flexible with the time so I was able to do the ride when it was convenient to me. The crepe tasting experience was uncomfoftable and not very welcoming but overall it was a good experience.
The cruise itself was fine, but there was no crepe tasting as advertised
It was a unique experience, would come back many times and beautiful. The crepe is simple. The boat was quite full, different from the others.
Pack comfortable shoes and an open mind. Be prepared to learn the unpublicized truths surrounding Black people in Paris. Antonia was a delight, well informed, and kind enough to allow a woman of a certain age to take a few breaks between steps!
A lot of wind at the summit, quick lines. Spectacular 360° views of the entire city of Paris......
The tour was great. We received an email with two PDF documents, one that was a voucher and the other one was the tickets with the barcode. This email had all the instructions and link to find the cruise and the crapes. 5 stars!
It’s difficult to give this trip a single star rating. The boat trip and views of the tower were amazing. I went with my two teenage daughters at sunset, got some amazing pics/vids of the ET at night and we will have life long memories. However, despite purchasing a ticket beforehand we still had to queue for about two hours during the May heatwave with little information about what was happening, there was nothing to eat or drink on the boat as the vending machines were out of order and there were no crepes in site. So I would give the Experience 5 Stars and the Service 1 Star
