The tour was too rushed; we couldn't see anything, barely able to take a few photos. The guide was unfriendly, and although she knew quite a bit about the city, she was rushing us the entire time. The bus did NOT have air conditioning, so we cooked on the way there and back. The pickup point was also not very clear, as many tours leave from that same spot, and we had to chase after the bus that was already leaving. Segovia is meant for a full day, not half a day.
Left me behind try to contact the operator but no response. Really disappointed in communication.
Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, after reviewing the situation, we have not found any record of calls, WhatsApp messages, or any other attempt to contact our emergency or assistance numbers during the tour. It is important to note that the rest of the group continued the tour as scheduled and no other participants reported any issue regarding the meeting points or departure times. Our guides always provide clear information regarding meeting locations and departure times, and we strongly recommend that clients pay close attention to these instructions throughout the excursion. Had we received any communication from you at the time, we would have done our best to assist you and find a solution immediately. Kind regards,
This tour is a little short of 5 hours with 2.5 hours of travel time. This was a bilingual tour yet when the tour guide was speaking English he would be walking away from the site he was speaking about. It seemed as the Spanish people got more attention. That could be because we do not speak the language. We did not have time to see the castle or really see Segovia. I would not take this tour. I would take the train next time and explore on my own.
I chose to do the full day in Segovia which I think was a good choice because the Cathedral and Castle can take a while to see and still leave you time for a couple meals. The tour itself was alright, it was about 60/40 Spanish/English and didn't go into a whole lot of detail but was a decent intro.
Hi X8521HGphillipt Thanks for your comments and I hope you enjoyed our tour in Segovia. I will do instructions to our guide for 50/50 both languages I hope to see you soon in Madrid again. Thanks from our team,

Hi Joycelawrence, Thanks for contributing your review. It will be very helpful to our company and, of course, to other customers. We hope we see you again in Madrid and choose our tours to enjoy!
Segovia is beautiful. The 5 hr tour only gives you 2 hrs in Segovia though. The other time is the bus trip and waiting around. It also says you can pay your guide for guided tour of Cathedral which you could not. It turned out not to be bad for us because if you do the church tour you don’t have time to see the Alcazar which is a must. Just to walk to the Alcazar from the Cathedral is an additional 30 minutes so keep that in mind.
Hi Karen P Thanks for your comments which help us to improve our tours. We hope you have enjoyed by the guided walking tour and the guided visit to the Cathedral. It is the same than Toledo visit. We both offer the full day to have enough time to be on your own. Anyway, we hope to see you again next visiting to Madrid.
Pretty cool city, you get the main highlights listed. It is a little rushed, but we expected that given the outline of events and travel time.
Hi and thanks for your review. This help us and the most important help other customers to book our tours. We also hope to see you again next visit to Spain. Thanks
Bus was late. Tour guide arrived late. She didn't have much knowledge of this beautiful town. Was glad I had time to wander on my own and learn about it myself
