Plan your visit and explore the underwater world at SEA Life Val d'Europe. Which sea creatures do you love the most? Magnificent Sharks, colourful Clownfish or perhaps inquisitive Sea Turtles? Does a clever Common Octopus grab your attention or do you prefer playful stingrays? Maybe you simply can’t decide! Here at SEA Life, you can make up your mind and see them all - from the curious and the rescued to the rare and the enigmatic. You’ll be able to get closer to them than ever before. Enjoy the Aquarium experience where you will see a rich and varied biodiversity. Discover dozens of species from the most common to the most surprising, sometimes so difficult to observe in the natural environment, in a setting inspired by the Atlantic and Mediterranean cliffs. Check the Aquarium Central Tank, a must-see basin of the aquarium: do not miss these majestic animals. The rays of the Atlantic will point the tip of their nose right before your eyes. In turquoise water, discover new species of sharks as well as their companions of scorpionfishes and the impressive Napoleon Fish, in a room full of interactive elements on the subject of sharks. Four new species of sharks rub shoulders with two imposing sea turtles and dozens of colorful fish in a setting inspired by the legendary Atlantis. Learn about Seahorses. Those are small, friendly and delicate fish. Shy and vulnerable, they hide in the large sea grass beds and camouflage to hide from their predators. Five ponds are exclusively dedicated to them. Don't be scared and stroke the arm of a starfish, tickle the tentacles of a sea anemone or hold a small green crab in the palm of your hands. These animals are the inhabitants of the rocky ponds, the small puddles of water that form between the rocks when the tide recedes. New: if you are not too sensitive to the cold, do not miss a memorable Antarctic Experience with our penguins!

A disaster!

We booked for a school trip since March 2026. On the day, while we were on the road, we were called to cancel the visit due to a "flood." Upon arrival, an employee laughed at us and told us she "was sorry." We told them they could have anticipated this, and they replied that they had other priorities. In the end, 3 hours of travel, 650 euros for the bus, a whole project centered around the theme of water with our kindergarten students to go picnic in a park and return. To avoid!

Just and I mean just, ok

The website had built this up to more than it was, so a tad disappointing - you can do everything slowly in about 45 minutes so don’t plan your day around a visit. Staff were great but overall the attraction was no better than other small seaside town similar attractions.

bad

I went to visit the Val d'Europe Aquarium, and I must say that I was disappointed by the experience. Some tanks seemed poorly suited to the number of animals present, particularly for the turtles and fish. I felt that the space was limited, and I notably observed a turtle that often seemed to bump against the walls of the tank. Additionally, the presence of a large colony of penguins in a shared enclosure at the end of the visit also caught my attention. I expected facilities that were more suitable for animal welfare.

Good time.

We were very well received, we bought our tickets directly at the reception. The explanations were clear, we attended the comments. It's very pretty, playful, the kid was delighted.

Cruel

An aquarium that makes fun of animal welfare by locking a dozen penguins in the heat without daylight in a tiny space.

INCOHERENT

We'd loved it before with my little girl. Since school it is more complicated, so I took an annual pass to come during the holidays... and there surprise: it is not valid during the school holidays! Aberrant. We have to choose between sports on Wednesday or 1h of aquarium. Unfair and inconsistent. I hope for a refund.
