Cindy our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions heavy 10 year old. He is obsessed with Sharks and we really got to know the ins and outs of an aquarium and the work they perform. The admissions fee was reasonable and we spent approximately 2 hours total with the tour, aquarium viewing and VR experience. We only had 3 in our party which really allowed us for a personalized experience. The aquarium is just a small slice of magic.
Haven’t been there for a few years . Still a nice experience . You walk through a jungle area at first with a few critters in aquariums then you get to the underwater viewing tube . It was three sections and full of different fish and turtles . Then a sting ray pool, sea horses, jelly fish aquariums and finally a touch pool. It was somewhat busy but still ok. Went with hubby and MIL with a walker. Very accessible .
Outstanding, especially with our grandkids. We thoroughly enjoyed Sea Life Aquarium at the Mall of America. It was great for our grandkids aged from 5 to 10. It’s amazing to walk through the inside of the many tanks while inside crystal clear glass. We opted for the behind-the-scenes tour which we found dot be worth it. Yes, this place is pricy, and yet it was fascinating. Also, we enjoyed sauntering through the exhibits which helped us get the most out of our tickets. The guide for the tour part was outstanding - personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Plus, she addressed all of our grandchildren’s many questions, so we all learned something new.
My heart hurts for the animals and sea life in this exhibit. They do not have enough space to move freely (especially the crocodiles) and it’s evident that this is not humane.
For over $60 for a couple, I expected a lot more than what it was. We walked through the aquarium twice, stopped for a snack for our grandson, and walked through the Nickelodeon amusement park in less than 1.5 hours. It’s not that what we saw was bad. For the price, it should have been so much more. Very disappointed!!!!
It was Awesome!! Our guide was very friendly and helpful. Our Guide was very knowledgeable.
Great and clean aquarium. I took my 2 and 5 year old. It is pretty high priced for the short walk through but we enjoyed it.
The experience was great. But the staff front desk wasn’t so helpful at all. The staff should be more helpful if you purchased the tickets online a specially if it’s your first time going to the see life
It was a very good experience! I had so much fun. Scanning tickets were very smooth and staff are very friendly! Highly recommended!
We had so much fun, as a family. The marine life was so up close and there was a lot of interesting facts to learn along the way.
