Surprised to see so many good reviews here. I rented a scooter two weeks in advance and paid a deposit only to be told the day of my rental they had no scooters available but that I could come back in two hours and hope someone will have returned theirs with a half empty tank. Went to return it when I was told to three days later and the shop wasn't open during their claimed business hours.....I was told to wait 30 minutes and someone would be there almost an hour passed when I was told they would be open. Almost missed my flight out of town. Would look for somewhere else if you're trying to rent a scooter in Cabo.
Go see Manuel Gallegos. Yes, you can do it all over the web, but excursions come with hidden fees and charges that you might get surprised by. I liked dealing face to face with Manuel. He gave good advice and was up front about all the costs associated with the activities we wanted to do. We signed up for four. He gave us his cell phone so that if we encountered any difficulties we could call or text him for help. We never needed to do so because all the plans went off with no troubles.
Best customer experience with spankys scooters. Our second time renting from this business and the scooters are so much fun. Cruising around town and finding parking is easier on a scooter. We also rented a private yacht one of the days and it was awesome. Definitely recommend this business, loyal, honest and reliable.
