Departing from Zurich, we’ll make a short stop in Lucerne to pick up additional guests before continuing through Switzerland’s breathtaking landscapes. Throughout the drive, your guide will share engaging insights about the region, its culture, and the iconic sights along the way. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular views as we travel toward Interlaken, where you’ll have approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to explore and experience this beautiful destination.

This was the highlight of our first trip to Switzerland because of our wonderful guide Axel. We planned to stay in Interlaken all day but he said we could go on his full tour which included Grindenwald and Lauterbrunnen - we are so grateful! The scenery was incredible and nothing could have been better. But Axel made the day so memorable with all of the information he gave us along with stories. We got to know him during the day and he helped us with other ideas for our trip and answered all of our many questions. This is what a real tour guide does. We cannot urge you enough to take this tour and hope you can get him as your guide. Thank you again Axel for a day we will never forget !!

Zero , it is only a transportation nothing other than this, no guide and no tour as they mentioned. You only going to pay for transportation from Zurich to Interlaken. Kindly, I need the email of tripAdvisor to contact them.
Worse ‘tour guide’ aight seeing trip that only drop you off and on your own for 7-hrs. They did not follow what stated in itinerary. Nowhere is their description talked about 7-hrs to spend on one on our own place. This became a transportation service only. Very bad and misleading when they stated with tour guide’. After my compliant then they talked about side trip that can do on our own. I can just join a tour that include those stops and be much cheaper and better time planning than what they are proposing.
This was an amazing tour of the deep countryside of Switzerland . When we arrived at our destination we had plenty of time to explore this charming little town. Our guide was able to take a much slower tour route since we were the only passengers on this tour that day. We made many stops for photo opportunities.
On a positive note we loved our guide. We thought this was you going to be a tour of the areas & a stop in Thun as well. All this was is actually a drop off & pick up and it would have cost us $25 less on the train.
The Interlaken day trip was not a tour; it was merely transportation from Zurich to Interlaken via a tourist mini-bus. We disembarked in a parking lot and were on our own for the day until me met the driver and re-boarded the bus in the late afternoon. Kudos to for the driver providing a bottle of water however, we received no tour of the town or area. We learned that we could have taken the regional train from Zurich to Interlaken (we had 10-day EURAIL passes) for free rather than paying $210 for a bus ride and bottle of water.
should not expect any service from Swissbus travel (vendor) but just the ride to and from Zurich and Interlaken. The bus driver took us to a parking lot in Interlaken around 10.30 am, tell us to get off and will pick us up at 5 pm. We have no idea as to where to go and how to spend the time. It was raining at the time.
This is simply a small bus ride to Interlaken. Theres no “tour” involved. The workers were nice but not informative at all. They just simply drove us to Interlaken and dropped us off for 7 hours and then drove us back to Zurich.
