I have mixed feelings about the trip. The organisation and pick up times were brilliant, the staff were attentive and couldn’t help enough, the overnight train was fair (but don’t even think about going to the toilet) our guide on the trek was fantastic however the hotel was atrocious! The door of the room didn’t open properly, smelt, had to check the bed to see if it was made of wood and the only heating was a small bar heater along with the lights in the corridors constantly flickering and buzzing. Unfortunately I expected more for the money I paid and after reading the reviews!

Our Charming Team are so happy to hear that you enjoyed our tour guide who picked you up from Hanoi to go to Train Station and the tour guide who helped you discover Sapa trekking. At least I think that you also enjoyed your trip, except the room, maybe the weather in Sapa is cold all the year so that the hotel is not too warm, need to have a heater. Our staff in hotel also help you how to use heater there. In this tour we have 2 options: Hotel 3 star, hotel 4 star and hotel 5 star. Next time, you can change into hotel 4 star and 5 star to feel the differences. We make sure that our service will never make you disappointed. Hope to serve you better of another tour.
