Friendly staff and good services
I had a chance to join Halong Bay 2 days 1 night and Sapa 2 days tours of BC Family Tour. Their staff were so friendly and spoke English really well. Their services met our expectation. They also has a lovely homestay right in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter- BC Family Homestay. If you want to make friend on over the world and experience a real Hanoi life, that will be the perfect place for you.
