Brilliant! Communication from booking and in the lead up was exceptional - we knew who was coming, what time, and vehicle details. Our driver Dong was outstanding. He was prompt, friendly, and a Sapa local. We told him where we wanted to go, places we'd like to see, and asked for suggestions along the way. We had THE BEST day! He has made a point of learning all the local languages (in addition to fantastic English), so is respected by the wider community including minority groups. This gave us unique experiences and priveleged not given to other drivers. He went out of his way to ensure we had the most incredible experience, and we could not be more grateful. Whatever the highest rating is, double it. That's what he deserves. ❤️

We ordered the car with driver and guide to show us Sapa. We were not exactly sure how to plan the day. Our guide Song helped us decide where to go and made everything happen perfectly. She had so much information about the area, her culture and history. We really enjoyed her company. Long was driving and it was crowded because of New Years, but he was amazing. I highly recommend doing this and hope you get Song as a guide.

By far the best decision we could have made! We were a little strapped for time and wanted to see a lot in a day. Our driver was punctual and we were off to a fast start. We were able to see all the major attractions with no stress or hassle or having to wait for a grab driver. He gave us great advice and suggestions and really did make the day so easy. He was also prepared with bottled water and was very knowledgeable answering our questions. Honestly save yourself the stress and complications of trying to get around Sapa which is NOT easy and hire this amazing driver.
