We actuallly did a weeks’ trip covering Danang, Hoi an, Sapa , Hanoi . This is the Best travel agency in Vietnam . Mr Carl Nguyen planned the entire tour for us . He is much knowledgeable and understanding about the specific and minute needs of the customer and planned accordingly well. He constantly is in touch during the tour coordinating with the tour guide and drivers to ensure our safety and enjoyment during the trip . They also provide the best cost in the market . Must recommended for first timers planning trip to Vietnam .
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your memorable journey through Danang, Hoi An, Sapa, and Hanoi with us! 🌏✨ We’re thrilled to know you had such a great experience, and we’re especially happy to hear that Mr. Carl Nguyen was able to support you with care, attention to detail, and continuous coordination throughout the trip. Your recommendation means a lot to us — particularly for first-time travelers to Vietnam. We're honored to be part of your journey and can’t wait to welcome you back for more unforgettable experiences in the future! 🇻🇳
They are obviously an agent and don't actually manage the tour, but people on the same tour as us (booked the day before, from their hotel) were around $30/50 pp cheaper. I would not recommend to anyone going in Vietnam to book through them, just ask the hotel where you're staying in Hanoi. Other than this, what we found disappointing, and that unfortunately compromised a good deal of the whole experience, was the accommodation we were offered. We saw a promotional video from goasiadaytrip on you tube which you may find easily. We were put before a very different standard of hospitality. The hotel we stayed at had smelly bedrooms, ridiculous lack of soundproof and flavourless and overcooked food. Anyone could gather it was the case from a few comments on tripadvisor. We sent an email to their "customer relations manager" where we detailed the situation we were in after receiving the request for a feedback and were completely ignored which, I guess, just put the proverbial cherry on the cake. Not very professional and definitely would not recommend for booking tours.

We booked a tour via Mozio but actually GoAsiaDayTrip made it for us. The bus was on time and the tourguide was kinda funny and helpful. Well, in general, everything was funny and well-organized. The view and the food are fine, at first we didnot actually get well with the food but the dinner was so nice. We will definitely booked another tour on Goasiadaytrip.

It was Vietnamese holiday period and somehow start of the trip got heavily delayed. Our guide - Khoi, was very composed and manage to sort out rest of the day's itinerary without much issues. Kudos to Khoi who's very flexible with the group and always ready to provide alternatives solutions. He made the trip more enjoyable, on top of the amazing views that Sapa has to offer. Homestay was an eye-opening experience and our hosts are so hospitable. We spent the evening chatting away over dinner and drinks. It's all good fun.
Hello Reina, Thank you for your review! I agree that Sapa this time is breathtaking with paddy fields turning yellow. I'm happy to know that Khoi did a good job and the tour went well then. Hopefully we will have chance to welcome to Vietnam soon.
