The belvedere was projected by the famous Oscar Niemeyer Architect, and inaugurated in 2002 due to 500th year of Brazil's "Discovery". It purely makes this place even more special! In addition, you can enjoy a good lunch at a nice restaurant beside the Niemeyer’s monument. It is an obligatory stop while you are in Santos.

Wonderful tour of Santos with great speaking English guide Mauro. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour company!!
Our driver, Hicham, picked us up early from our riad, just as the streets were waking up. Within half an hour, the red walls of Marrakech gave way to open land. The noise softened, the air cooled, and the colors shifted from ochre to green. I remember a playlist of soft Moroccan songs playing in the van, sunlight spilling through the window, and the simple contentment of watching sheep cross the road. It already felt like another world.
